The learning center

When the lights of summer start fading away

New lights start shining

You would really like summer to stay

But fall is anyway coming

He comes carrying lots of things

Along with a fresh school year

You get excited but when it begins

You can’t wait till the end is near

Early sleeping, early waking up

To make sandwiches and neatly dress up

Then you have to go half asleep

To a never ending day

Probably in the way you start to weep

Wishing that at home you could stay

But what’s coming is coming

Like a beast attacking its prey

However if you really think

How life would be without school

Then you will realize

That without it everyone will be a fool

So work hard and go after knowledge

Because in the end school you will deeply acknowledge
