The leaves are turning colors,
On the trees, all around town,
Then they fall, one by one,
To the ground. Below my knees,
The squirrels, stash, their nuts away,
For food, on cold winter days.
The wind is blowing the flag,
As it shows, the red white and blue,
As evaporation, removes, the morning dew.
A beautiful clear sky above,
With some warmth of the sun, shining through,
As I look out my window, A nice November day,
The scenery entertains me, a beautiful view.
