He was so smooth,
The way he walked on over to me,
Wrapped me up in those strong arms,
And brought me close,
Whispering into my ears,
"Hey babe."
Just as I swoon,
He'll catch me before my knees buckle,
His chuckle echoing through the corridor,
My face alit with flames,
His with a sheepish,
Sneaky smile.
The dogs will bark,
The guards will holler and run.
He'll grab my hand,
And start to run,
Fast,
Faster away from the world,
And way up into outerspace,
Where we'll find our
Peace and quiet,
Where nothing will stop us,
Where we can finally come together,
And be
Us.
