I am an incredibly jealous person
I am not proud of this
It feeds off of my anxiety
And consumes me from the inside out
My insecurities are reflected back at me
Fear of not being enough
Worried you will leave because of who I am
I can't make you stay
I won't beg
I will just try and give you one million reasons
Why I am worth it
So don't joke about that girl in your class
Or that actress you love
It's ridiculous
But it hurts me more than you will ever know
I never think of anyone but you
Do me a courtesy and at least
Pretend you only have eyes for me
