In the shadows.. Hiding from persecution and tongues

Counting the days till I can sleep at night
Send me away with no goodbyes or farewells
All I need is that reassuring smile that tells me I will farewell
I know you think I have done too many wrong(s)

That's why I walk this road alone
To prove I am not a lost cause
