Holding your tongue is so hard, when you have so much to say,
An ocean of thoughts but these thoughts are held under oceans of waves.
A simple gesture to hold them at bay but it's not so simple as some others say.
A thousand words, a world within a head,
I can not spill, for fears and thoughts of imminent dread.
