What a time to be alive What a time To be alive We walk with those who resent our skin and yet we call them our friends We hear jokes of our history and yet we bother to listen to theirs We live in a world where we can die any day and yet we only protest to make a peaceful point We've done nothing to them and yet we're the monsters and savages We aim for interracial relationships and yet they aim to keep us away What a time To be alive What a time to be alive
