I always found Shakespeare to be quite over-rated, he was so heavily pushed by a Caucasian education system who labeled the "greats" as old white men for the most part or European woman. Even though poets from Latin America, Asianic & Africa were just as good if not better.

Some modern poets are better than Shakespeare while some aren't good. We are all trying what we can manage right ? I admire Shakespeare and feel it's ok if i can't ever emulate him. Your poems are so good too.
