etched its way away

deserted 

while those whose thirst needs quenched

see crystal pools of blue

my eyes search the horizon

for the desert

Such longing in this piece but a certain satisfaction is drifting in the thoughts, at least from what I read. I believe many of us seek that mirage and when we come upon it and find that it is actually real, our perceptions believable, it brings a sense that maybe, just maybe everything will be ok and "All that was not real, etched its way away" Really nice. .
