Like a cat,
I want to sleep all day,
On a soft sheet,
with you rubbing my back.
Like a cat,
I will call you with my sweet "meows",
When I feel sad.
Like a cat,
I want you to hear me purring on your ears,
That will send chills down your spine.
Like a cat,
I want to snuggle beside you,
When you are sleeping on a sofa.
Like a cat,
Please fogive me when I hurt you with my claws.
I just want to hold you near me.
Like a cat,
I may look like I don't care,
But I do understand you,
Every little bit of what you say.
Like a cat,
If you don't want me anymore,
Please don't throw me away.
Because your all that I have.
