She left crumbs along her trail hoping no one's left astray She forgot just where she put them and has lost her ******* way A savior to the people A hazard to herself She thought losing all her essence Might get her trophies on her shelf A **** for recognition but programmed to just do the right thing She wishes she was heartless Empathy ******* stings But she left breadcrumbs on her trail Hoping maybe somebody would follow Does she crave a lover Or is she just that ******* shallow?

She left crumbs along her trail hoping no one's left astray She forgot just where she put them and has lost her ******* way A savior to the people A hazard to herself She thought losing all her essence Might get her trophies on her shelf A **** for recognition but programmed to just do the right thing She wishes she was heartless Empathy ******* stings But she left breadcrumbs on her trail Hoping maybe somebody would follow Does she crave a lover Or is she just that ******* shallow?
And maybe all they see in the end is the mess she leaves behind her
