As the energy flows within her

The dark does not see light
It doesn't exist
The light sees the dark
For that's how the light appreciates itself

I hate the way he makes me feel
On edge I behave like I'm made from steel

Teasing me, he thinks it's a joke

In ecstasy they dance their rhythm

Whilst the sea creatures glide with their momentarily fate
Until a calmness of peace succumbs them once again

I ask you to seek beyond your current sight and to hear beyond your current sounds. Think beyond your current thoughts and be beyond your current being.

His name was "betterdays", I always wondered why
Was it because better days had passed him by, i'd sigh
I hope it had meant he is living those better days but I know not of this truth or lie
"So betterdays" I say, I hope your present moment is always better

What is the truth and what is the lie?
Only one man knows what's in the heart of his eye
Where lies the freedom to soar the skies?
Up into the Heavens with scented angels by my side
Ah, and how about the peace, where will she be displayed?
Why, of course everything you desire is in the right here and now...have you forgotten? Do not be afraid!

When empty you will hear it's dull ache
When full you will hear a magnificent symphony

We were once connected in happiness and sorrow, an attachment that I couldn't fathom

As we grew closer the lines became blurred and joy, anger, hope visited us often

Confusion and pain seemed to have overtaken anything that was before

Then you distanced yourself from me, to save any kind of memory and for focus

I thought I needed you and hoped to be in your life again soon

Time passed and my emotions were erratic, accepting, anger and then one of great loss which you echoed

As I saw you sitting there today, I felt ordinary to you, the connection seemed to have faded or at least my ego felt numb

The thought of you now leaves me analysing what was, what is and what will be

Friends then kisses
Then friends again
Talking through my crazy thoughts

The hat is on and now it's off
Who knows what person I just got

It doesn't matter, its immaterial
What matters is that he never huffs

So friend or more or a little less
Meet me for some time never the less

This land is made for living
The dirt, the animals, the aliens herein
The silver moon shines for one and all

Today the rage gushed out of me like  water on tap
And I blame you, the one who made me react!
Seeking your needs and ignoring my own selfish wants,
Tonight I still dwell herein this dark place
That echoes loudly as the silent night greets me
And where peace escapes my reality

Last night I dreamt of you
You were there alive and bold
And I woke up wishing you were there to hold
Although the dream ended with loosing all my riches
The happiness of you being there had me in stitches
The dream wasn't long nor was it short
It was just enough for me to feel your support
And when I awakened with a smile upon my face
It was the first time in ages I hadn't felt misplaced
So tonight again when my head touches my pillow
I hope you'll join me under the weeping willow

I saw my path the other day
It was dark and eerie
I continued on this path as I saw no other way
Id heard stories where the sun shone and the flowers bloomed
but id never witnessed this way
Darkness clouded all and time nor Season needn't exist

But then Sometimes darkness gave way to grey but rarely did grey give way to the Sun
Id sometimes fool myself into thinking that the Sun was a dream that didn't really exist

When suddenly Light appeared, flowing here and there and in its different forms; music, dance and friendship
Until I wakened to view that I see what I see and I feel what I feel

The highs and lows of the tide continue, but it remains to be seen what will wash up on the shore...

It was 4am and Bill bit me
My two arms soar and itchy,
I awoke in discomfort which quickly turned into anxiety and anger
Scratching to ease my pain which temporary ceased
Thoughts of my life, work and my insecurities burned to my attention
******* Bill! I sighed, he's awaked my anxieties too early
Seething now, feeling redder and redder I wondered why Bill didn't let me be
Id had enough and got up to apply some lotion
Slowly my pain began to soothe and I drifted away
Awake now at 9am
Somewhat calmer, my insecurities still present but other thoughts present too
I ponder on what lotions I can use

It's hell until you make it heaven scented

Gliding into your arms
I see a magnificent light
A warmth so beautiful that it cannot be mistaken for anything but pure bliss
It is the hug of universe
It wants to give and must do and so does
My Expanding heart
My Elevated soul
I feel you and want to always
Continue to guide me to you
and unto me
For we are one for eternity

This path beneath me it leads two ways
One of freedom and the other of stay
The comfy way that I know to well or the unknown way where I hope to never dwell
Hope is good but not so great

Eagerly penning our lives away
Sometimes to feel and sometimes to keep those monsters at bay

Exhilarating, freedom, the release of pressure
Making us feel new or sometimes fresher

Love for words and thoughts equally
Some of us are novices and others literarys 

Imaginative and creative is what we are
Aiming to reach the faintest of stars

Lyrical, rhythmic and sometimes wordy
Our heartbeats race as we become sturdy

Promoting our poems through lists and sites
Making good friends with critics who help us to seek new heights

appreciating others for their talent by far!

Ice cold like the snow you look at me
I see you analysing me
What do you see I wonder?
Do you see the lover you wanted?
The goddess you chose?

Has our connection faded like the melting snow?
Do you feel me slipping through your fingers Washing away those bonds we made?
conversations held to a minimum and hugs so far and few in between

Are we now strangers?
Disappearing joint plans and Separate friends
Meals for one with a sting
Just memories remain until they too fade
We've Evaporated

Wishing that your hear the birds
That you see the sun
But mostly that you hearts at ease
With your soul feeling nothing but elated

In the hustle of todays life its far too easy to forget how insignificant we are on this sphere that rotates around our mighty Star
Off course we are aware of this rotation but do we really know and consider the Wonder of how and where we are in a point in time
If we were closer to our Star or the majestic sphere had more oxygen than she holds ah we would know it,
but we know not nor do we ponder on the marvels of our Universal life just our single lives

Once you realise how valuable you are you will realise you are priceless
