I was so **** trapped in my own mind
And couldn’t break free, even with me trying.
I tried to get out and couldn't.
Evil spirits and negativity were taking over.
Every **** thing was so **** wrong.
My problems couldn't get fixed.
Darkness was my own company.
I Couldn’t embrace my fears.
I was passing my days in solitude.
I even tried to lift my foot and couldn't
Screaming so **** loud and still couldn’t be heard.
Looking at everything so different.
My thoughts were too **** drowned without reason.
Breaking free was definitely not happening.
The world was still moving without me.
No one even noticed I was even missing.
Asking to be brought back.
Asking where the keys at.
Praying away all my doubt.
One toe began  to move..
Until eventually
My whole foot begins to move.
Halfway there.
I’m rinsing and repeating.
I’m unstuck, and free.
I can hear, see, feel, and move again.
It was all in my head.
I’m surrounded by people's love and support.
Carving my path in this world.
With God’s help and his angels.

I was stuck, but now I’m free. I was lost, but now I’m found.

Thinking I’m a joke.
When they see me, they began to laugh in my face.
They say I’ll never amount to anything.
Telling me no one will ever love or even care for me.
They throw the fact of my mother given me up.
No one needs or wants me.
What I want or even need never matters.
The things I can do, and the words I speak no one hears it.
I’m a nobody they say.
They say I’m trach and belong in a Ducksters.
They use me for money and anything they want.
Telling me what they want to tell me to get over on me.
Feeling like a bomb that’s about to explode any minute
Sometimes wishing I was died, but never die.
Anywhere I turn there are always enemies waiting on me.
Breaking me down is like a game to them.
Walking down the street is no longer safe for me.
Truthing people is no longer an option.
Believing in happiness for me will never come true.
Beating me to my hands and knees with their bare hands.
Family and friends turning their backs on me.
Becoming homeless with no helping hands.
Turning into a health hazard.
Feeling like a piece of paper floating in the air.  


Sometimes things change when the season change, when will it change for me.  
Questions many of us are asking every day.

With my head held high,
Standing up tall as the trees around me.
Pushing throw all of my enemies.
Embarrassing my beauty, because I’m beautiful.
Shaking things up with just one move.
Speaking out for those who can’t speak.
Stepping away from negative people.
Moving past, it all.
Clearing unclear thoughts that’s running through my head.
Achieving greatness even on the hardest day.  
Putting myself first at all times.
Letting great things happen just because.
Appreciating what’s right in front of me.

As the years go by, we tend to learn different things and grew even greater.

Scared not knowing if I’m going to survive another day.
Not knowing if my health will change my furture.  
Feeling the pain from the tumors growing inside me.
Not knowing if my colon will give me cancer.
Hoping that the doctors won’t find anything else  
Not knowing if family and friends are really there for me.
Crying each end every night due to the pain I feel.
Not knowing if I’m going to see my children grew up.
Sleeping to get away from the pain.
Feeling my nerves and muscles fighting in my body.
Trying to hold things in my hand, but can’t.
My stomach is growing each day.
Being able to work only in my dreams.
Living with multiple illnesses is not easy.
Being able to hug my children is out of the question.
Not knowing which illness will attack me next.
Taking multiple medications is my life.
Feeling week easy and every day.
Getting out the bed is getting harder to do.
Worrying that my illness will take over.

More than ever.

Feeling broken all the time.
Closing myself off the world.
Tears falling from my face.
Not being able to trust others.
My head is in a dark place.
Feeling like I’m not going anywhere.
No one understands me or how I feel at times.
People not being able to see me for me.

Feeling like I’m passing away.
Being scared of going to new places.
Hiding from family and friends.
Feeling stupid just because of something I don’t know.
The pain I feel is taking over.

Being under depression can take so much from us, but that’s only if we let it. We are stronger than we think. Take depression and show it who’s the boss.
