A long way I've crossed to carry your tears
Can you yield a hopeful heart?
I can fix a fragile friend
Might moving your smile help

There's more to life than a warm waltz
There's more to death than a sorrowful sob
But I miss our silly sway
Our lengthy laughs
And our dazzling devout adoring

Peep from behind the books
I inherited insolent gestures
Threw them away at once
Can you have humble love?
You might as well seek simple life

A love lost wrings one's heart
But a love never felt flails one's mind
Manners matter or might
I'll sneak smiles through the keyholes of your heart
