Lush and soft,
Moving with the wind,
Where children run and play,
Home to the sounds of nature.
Are you thirsty?
Does it hurt when we step on you?
Please never leave us,
Grass.
Nature poem

Life is like a puzzle,
As we grow we get bigger,
We put the pieces together,
Although we sometimes make mistakes.

We take one step back to take two forward,
Taking the wrong piece as we go,
Only to find the one we needed,
Was there since long ago.

We mix the pieces,
And we wish we could restart,
But find out we cannot,
And pick the pieces up,

One day we will find our way,
The answer is always there,
Then someone else picks up the pieces,
And starts it on their own.
Not exactly done yet. Still need to tweak it some more.

Dear Ice cream,
Cold and creamy,
You taste like a dream,
And never take it easy.

You make bad days good,
And good days better,
I wish you were sold,
Even when I have to wear a sweater.

Ice cream I bring,
Oh so nice,
I don't need anything,
Just you will suffice.
