Didn't know the sky until saw blue,
Didn't know the wild until saw life,

Didn't know night until saw black
Asked myself what do I know?

Saw a bird realized flight
which everyone has to take
to reach something called "light"

Didn't know fear until saw darkness
Didn't know joy until met a laugh,
Didn't know sound, until heard a baby’s  cry,
Asked myself, what do I know?

Then there came a sound,
Said I was young, lacked wisdom.
For these things come with age
As there are many things the sand too doesn't know.

I am not yours to fix.
As broken as I am.
As tired as I may be.
As many flaws as I have.

I'm not yours to fix.

My flaws make me who I am.
Without them, I'd just be a mannequin.
Mannequins are pretty.
I'm real.

And I'm not yours to fix.

If love can be withdrawn
It never was

My love for you is not a gift
    To you
      It is a gift
        To me

Once you know what heaven feels like,
It simply becomes the hardest thing
to survive between four walls
to survive among people
and eventually
die.

Old days
Rusted dreams
The sound of those times
I need to feel your touch
Best friend, I miss you already
Your lovely eyes
Smiling into mine
I can't take care of myself
Like you can.

You never complain when joy hits you,
a taken-for-granted part of life.
Why do you wail over the misery then?
Arise, awake and strive.

Ignite my soul
Welcome my pleas
Smirk at my grief
Steal it all away, please.
Excite my skin
Invite me to kin
Show me how scary life can get
Steal it all away, please.
Dance around me while I sob
Employ my sorrow
Pay me for each teardrop I shed
Steal it all away, please.
Pleasure my senses
Unleash my beast
And just when I think I need to cry
Steal it all away from me, please.
