My life revolved around you
When you needed me I was there
But when I was down you kept pushing me down
I fell for you like my grades fell

I could never be tired of you,
Even though you cause my sleepless nights
You were the boy of my dreams,
And yet my biggest nightmare

But you kept me in your grasp
Even though I was never good enough
I ended up in the hospital
With slits on my hips
And the marks you left

But I still love you

Stop that crying and listen to me
Life is like a bottle of wine,
It gets better as it ages
So don't tell me that "I want to die" *******
Because you are gonna stay
Right here
You don't always have a good day
As long as you just have
A day
A day means you are still here
Breathing
And as long as you are alive
Well I guess me too
I will Spoil you like crazy
If that means you are here
I will do
Anything

Poem "Mother to Son"
