I'm stuck
Stuck in a world of self harm and torment
My insecurities have engulfed my inner thought and have taken over
Reality has escaped
Now my world of sorrow is reality
A new reality

I'm a average daisy in a field of beautiful roses,
Sometimes I feel unwanted, unneeded,
But then I'm reminded,
The roses may be beautiful and elegant,
But daisies have character and spirit,
In a person which would you rather have around you?

I don't know about you but...
I'm proud to be a daisy

My life's an utter mess
I can't take firm grasp of it
But I would never confess
That I feel like if my footing is off by just a bit
I'll fall into a never ending hole of criticism

If you were in the position to judge someones every move
Would you?
It could either help them to improve
Or it could break them on the inside

It's not a simple matter

I want to cry
But my insecurities get in the way
If I cry
If I show weakness
I will be seen through a bad eye
So I cry in silence, in the middle of the night
About what happened through the day
The feelings I kept locked inside
Cry

Hopefully tomorrow the sun will shine
And we can all smile together
But no one really knows if it will be fine
Not even weather men know exactly the weather

So just smile
And be happy
Put all your worries in a pile
And stop being all sappy

Life will still go on
And good things will happen
Even if your friends are gone
It all depends on your actions

Smile
Because the world isn't ending
Take all your happy out of the file
The answer doesn't need to be pending

Hopefully you will smile forever and ever
And love with all your heart
So frowning is a never!
And your trust will never part
