Is it the lonely walks

I take alone

In this solitary

Life that I lead

Or maybe

the aching heart

Ever so longing

For lost love

Lone wolf

I tell to my

Ever curios

Soul

As I learn

The many ways

Of this forsaking

World I must

Wonder and beg so

To ask is it so

A prison I am

Weaving about?

Or it is so a

Free flight for

My lonely soul?

One day...

A slight whisper

Comes in awe

The depths of

Thinking

If I am so

Insane

I am so of

What I believe

I am.

Help me scrub the deck,
Tighten the halyard,
Bind the stays,
Let's conquer the oceans,
Don't count on days,

Say good morning,
To the water and winds,
Pull the sheets and start sailing,
And feel the ocean breeze,

There was a knocking on my door,
An early spring is here once more?
Or a welcome taste of what is to come,
A warming hug from a winter sun

The appeal of the unfamiliar
Is something to behold
A bauble or trinket made out of tin
Can be far more precious than gold

A breathe of fresh air
Or a simple breeze
But when Doris is scorned
She will strike with ease
Tearing a path through a well planned day
Ripping apart that what gets in the way
There is no mercy, no leeway or pity
An invisible force, she can level a city
Wreaking havoc and damage untold
No heed for the stupid, the brave or the bold
I paint my face
covering the flaws

Heavy sockets cradle the sleepless hours
unfavourable blush  and uneven creases
tell stories of worry and woe

map out my mind across my face
pieces drawn to disguise.

journey with care across its banks

because others have left marks

Breathe,

I have so many reasons to be alive.

Breathe,

But I get tired.

Breathe,

I don't think I scare myself anymore.

Breathe,
Just,
Breathe

quiet car rides,
On starry nights.
Warm seats,
Cool air,
Mildly,
Unwashed
Hair.

It's late,
And,
I'm tired.

But.
Im.
Still.
Alive.
And.
In.
My.
Own.
Time.
I,
Might even learn,
To enjoy it.

Magic

UNiTY
She spun up from her cave of dreams
Flying with her magic
She tossed the herbs and oils
Tantalizing, her fingers along the smooth wooden surface
Muttering words
only her mother would understand
similar blood
in it was magic
The bloodline was powerful
women survived
without men for ages
witches in the forests
using the ancient ways to better the survival
to transform
and to birth a new
each soul a part of the earth
with a bit of stardust too
unveiling the mystery
taught their own history
running with the wolves
not caring about the outside world
only bringing more magic
all around
but the one mage
she dares to ****** this man
really a boy
as she is a woman
but really just a girl
is she breaking tradition?
quite.
But could it be alright if the boy she loves
is also full of magic?
