If the Earth loses its balance
Flinging away, to a distant universe
Spinning viciously and in a tizzy
We are holding on to it for dear life
Running around round and round
Helter-skelter, life spinning out of control
The vast oceans turned in to huge vortex
Siphoning off the natural habitat and us too
The fate of humanity looks vulnerable and fuzzy
Hurtling through space at colossal speed
The core of the Earth has started spewing lava and fire
All the continents mangled together in a single lump
Now, time and space is going to consume the planet
Obliterating the existence of the planet, once called Earth*

This poem has a cynical tone to it. But, this scenario just crossed my mind. Just an imaginative work.
Do you feel the ‘touch’?
Stirring old memories
Your body awakens
To the familiar ‘touch’
Blossoming the heart
‘Touch’, etched in your memory
Opening the hidden chambers
Where I once inhabited
Passions reaching a crescendo
As we have touched the familiar chord**

Starting over can be so hard
It makes you stop and think
How many chances do I have
How many will I need

Is there someone out there
Who will truly understand
Become my true companion
And someday take my hand

Will someone get to know me
And like just what they see
Then change my life forever
With the love they give to me

Starting over can be so hard
It makes you stop and think
How many chances do I have
How many will I need

irinia
there’s still some music hidden
in the burst of noon
I can feel it in my lips
the Man you are
you ****** time
when you forget to blink

make me your Woman
embodied certainty
doorstep within
pillow for dreams
uninterrupted

I’ll be your road back
into childhood laughter
fill me with poetry, commonplace,
raw matter-of-fact
I’ll wear the day for you
fix little surprise
in the cup of tea
let you play true love
with my heels, dormant

twist the mirror inwards:
I’m yours.
you stranger,
behold thy Woman
your eyes are like oceans
and i want to drown
