At 4:30 am
I wake up excited to see
The sun rise.
More so excited to be
Enveloped in your starlight
When you do arise
With a warm "good morning".
Your beautiful visage bright
As my delight that you're mine.
As surely as East faces Dawn
Will I forever revel in the mornings
Because you're next to me.
Mind, body, and soul
Connected to me.
Opening my eyes to all the beauty
Within you,
Within me
Within the world
Til I look forward to your sunrise

I miss your touch.
The second it's gone
I, for the tingling sensation
On my skin against yours, long;
Like the budding flower for the sun,
And the dry earth for the rain.
Is it wrong that I want you again,
And again?
That I want you ad infinitum?
Wow it's been awhile since I wrote some verses. Kinda went into a slight depression with the loss of my grandad but I'm coming our of it slowly but surely. Helps to have so many loving people around me. Especially the one who was on my mind when I write this poem.
Kelly Feb 2016
You've given me
a couple of infinities,
And a couple forever's
with a side of ethereal treasure's.
And passion you've given aplenty.
You
flare into my being

Not unlike a nova
you flare, ever assuring.
Luminous.
I find myself
In a constant state of free-fall
I find myself orbiting
your sweet selfless entirety.
Waiting for you to take me in completely.
Waiting for you to take my all,
when you accept
my restless.

Dearest,
Patience have it's due.
Love,
Know My adoration is true.
Kelly Dec 2017
The
whisper of your name
lingers in the furthest corners
of my soul, on my tongue forever
a song that eternal, stays,
Though soft as down, plays,
loud as new dawns rays.
In my eyes you remain,
fiery hot. And though I fall
and though I stumble, as ink
on paper stains it's way,
through this world I think...
And I hope, and pray, that despite
the obstacles that come between,
our hearts will beat as one,
forever until there is no rising sun
nor moon, nor stars to light
the surface of this earth and
grace the pigments of your skin.
I will hold you beloved in the
furthest reaches of all that is deep
within me. I will cherish you, your ardent
warmth, your beauty and your charm,
Your anger and your pleasant, your smile,
dearest to me until that moment beyond time
and forever on after then.
Kelly Feb 2018
We've all this stolen time
And I won't let it slip
through fingertips
that tremble in
excitement.
And all this love
ready to burst into flame,
to set us to flame, to burn passion
into permanence like constellations.
Kelly Feb 2018
I'm melancholic...
And no, I don't want
To talk about it.
I'm not depressed,
Just on the borderline
Of dispirited and stressed.
But I'm not talking about it.
Not gonna talk about the
Why's and how's of my feelings
The emotions with which I'm dealing
The causes that've left me reeling
And despondent.
No, I don't want to speak on it.
So leave it be.
walk away from the topic
And let me be
Alone with the thoughts
I shouldn't think.
Leave me alone to my
Midnight dreary
Where I lay awake weary
And alone with my query's.
No I don't want to talk about it.
But the irony is that these words
Have already given away my feelings.

You're
the Amaryllis
Among the roses.
I found myself falling
For your confident elegance,
And Intelligence long
before I fell for your
passion.

I denude the skin off your
peach
To reveal the ripe
Hidden underneath.
I realize now that I've,
after that first touch
Of soul and mind,
Become a hedonist
For your lips.
A ****** for that special bliss
That makes you taste
So.
****.
Sweet.
Somehow you set me free
And bind me
Simultaneously.
My mind unbound ever since
I discovered new appetence
For the taste of your saccharine.
But I'm anchored into you
Cause this sensation occurs
Only when I'm with,
When I give in to urge
And appease my senses,
When I partake,
And I taste
That Milky Way
That is
You.
appetence (ˈæpɪtəns) or appetency

But ardent sweet you are
I've never burned
My fingertips against
Your flaming heart.

You
Turn me into a poet aroused
by the beauty of your being and I
Feel the increasing need to impart,
to write with asomatous ink, many a stanza upon
the surfaces of the recesses of your heart.
My desire for you transforms me from beast
Into a composer with a symphony,
to compose lush chanson to reach
deep and strong within thee
until you vibrate with a thousand
instruments.
La nuit commence tout juste.
With such art fait la nuit
is there really need for sleep?
La nuit commence tout juste
the night is just beginning

Asomatous entered English in the mid-1700s from Late Latin asōmatus, which derives from the Greek asṓmatos "disembodied, incorporeal."

Oeuvre de la nuit
Work of the Night
Work meaning the sum of an artists works.
Kelly Mar 2016
Your words taste of refination,
and your thoughts are laid before me.
You've undressed my mind.
unstrapped the armor of my heart.
Beautiful, intelligent woman that you are.
And so conquered man that I am,
I give unto thee your dues.
With a painters touch I trace your scars,
with a poets abstract I paint thee.
With a musicians freedom study you,
and proceed to pluck your strings,
I proceed to follow your beat.
For an artist am I.
And unto you belongs my artistry.
Kelly Apr 2017
We are artists.
A dancer
And a harpist.
We make sweet beauty together.
And in love we became one.
More than music and motion,
More than artistic persons,
More than our expressions.
In truth we became intimacy
At it's peak.
We've weaved a universe
That only exists between
Your footsteps and my harps strings,
And between the electric touches
And our star hearts gravity.
It's a unique cosmic
Where we match frequencies,
Vibrations becoming sensations
That are neon colored vibrant
And I paint a picture with my hands
Of her
Every curve brushed by fingertips
And lips
And I'm caressed by hers ardent.
We fill up our world with art
And fiery passion
With intimate dance
And  sweet music.

I trace the stars on your skin
Trail my roughened fingertips
Through the patterns in your constellations.
An astronaut to search your spiraling star system
I map your every region in height, depth, breadth,
Every atom to be thoroughly examined
Until a single touch from me
Sets to a pink blush your galaxy

She was Old Man River
Could I keep up?
Elle a été au-delà de ma portée
Could I touch the sun?
Notice the tense of my writing?
At the moment we travel an untouched
Road just we two, with the present time
And memories of the moment that I
Dared to touch the her burning star.
And we're looking forward to a future of
Many things that have gathered dust.
Where we thrive in engaging with
The forgotten, and the unlearned things
Of the unconquered hearts love.
I wish I could speak French. Feels a little wrong using it without actually knowing the language but it helps.that I've written poems like this before. Poems with another language that is. Anyways, let me know what you think please!!
Kelly Feb 2016
I swam your deep, hoping
For the treasures at your depths.
But, I failed to take that breath
Of reality and so your surreal took me.
And yet.
I'm not drowning.
Rather I'm, flying on your toxic things
with no hope of returning.
I'm for certain living the dream.
The Atlantean
that sank beneath your sea.
Kelly Mar 2016
Arms that wrap about your waist.
Fingers that pull against your lace.
Teeth that tug on your lips.
Skin that burns hot, fevered by electric sparks,
as addicting as dreams.

But there's a truth that shows
In the fire of our souls
That can only be told,
Only made known
In the voices upon the bed sheets that
rumple and fold
beneath our enamored and ardent action.

The axiom revealed betwixt is this.
There's no cold
within this sweet, sweet heaven.
Kelly Feb 2016
Eye's open to an over-bright light
as your introduced to the outside.
Energy's received as you suckle against
The special being of warmth and nourishment.
The one who cleans you up, heals your rash,
heals your sick,
keeps you safe in every waking moment.

Laughs at the silly figure in
Front of you with the sweet scent
And the comforting presence.
Cries when you're disturbed,
and without that quiet pleasure
of being with them.
Being a comfort, or a pain,
when they're in distress.

Laying on your stomach.
Putting into appendages strength.
Rocking back and forth,
placing your hand forward,
one after another.

Concentrating.
Balancing against a tall object.
Pushing up against the pull of the flooring
with your small legs.
releasing the supportive object
to stand.
One foot in front, then your other.
You wobble, but this time you're at your best.
One, two, three.

Baby steps.
Let me know what you think. Critique it away

I miss
Your kiss.
The sensation of your lips
Soft and intoxicatingly sweet
As they locked with my own
And your tongue slipped in.

I miss
Your embrace.
The warmth that seeped into my body
As I wrapped my arms round your waist
And pulled you flush against
My core,
yearning to become one flesh.

I miss
Your fingertips.
And the curly hair that brushed
Softly o'er my face when
You stared into my eyes
Studying every brown/green pigment.
I miss staring into yours.
And tracing up and down your skin
Whether it was exposed or hidden.

I miss
Your conversation.
Your soft voice and vibe
That has been the focus of poetry I've written
In past times
And even now at this very moment.

I miss you
And
Just thought I'd write this
Poem that you'll never see.
And as much as I hope,
"All the world's a stage",
And you getting a second act will never be.
You're now just a sad, yet beautiful memory
I love bringing out the memories in words that turn them from bad dreams to beautiful losses and tragedies.

Bittersweet.
I share a smile and a laugh, all the while
Hiding an eerie pain inside,
Where deep down melancholy abides.
But then again I know the reason why,
Food has lost its taste
And I can't sleep at night.
I know the reason for the sadness,
Why I choose to waste away
Because I can't stand this,
Bittersweet one-sided romance.

Little breeze orchid,
To breathe in your scent,
To look upon your visage,
To be in your presence.
Not quite heaven on earth
But there's a great pleasure in it.
And I just want to tell you this,
Thank you for bringing me bliss
In all your magnificent sweetness.

Drip.
Drop.
Splash.
The sounds of the rainstorms of life
Rolling off of my back.
I am the
Fledgling swan
Floating through the garden pond
Filled with the beauty of life
Trials and all.
Young
But I know the road
And the dice that was rolled.
Knowing these
And having faith, I float
Dependant on Christ for buoyancy
For armor and weapon
In times of great difficulty.
It is He,
Who made the greatest sacrifice
That allows me to spread wings,
And fly swift and strong,
Though in reality I be weak,
Or to through the tumultuous ocean
Go on floating.

The
butterflies that fluttered
in your heart after our eyes met,
Have bloomed into carnations
Full of stars constellated
With passion between
your thighs.
I
can feel the heat
of your unseen
As it begins to rise
As the sun on the horizon
until your sensuous reaches zenith
and I witness
Your flower petals kaleidoscope and unfurl
As you release sweet nectar that pearls,
with aromatic efflorescence,
Onto the the surface
Of my stamen

Hazel eyes to take in the beauty,
Rough hands to cup a soft cheek,
Supple lips to plant words sweet,
And unspoken,
Onto scented brown skin.
Writing sensual poetry on your melanin
Until a million choice words grace your skin
Crisscrossing and overlapping one another
To create the perfect lyric,
Where your vibrations settle into cadence

I want and need.
You can see the look in my eyes
and the knowledge of my desire
triggers and sparks your inner fire.
Your inner heat.
It's in every contagious sigh
covers every inch
As I procure every penchant.
You're intoxicating.
And I fall deep with every bite,
every kiss and pull on your soft
lips that envelope me until I'm lost.
In the sensations
That travel up your spine.
It's lightning between intertwined
Pent-up-clouds that travel through electric skies.
Thundering and raining until

She is a collage
She is a collage of aspects
Too surreal and abstract
For me to really grasp at
But I love her all the same
And I love her all the more
When she opens up the doors
To the library of her mind full of
Experiences and wisdoms
That drown me in a downpour
Of flamboyant and intense colors
That make up her life.
Kelly Feb 2016
Her eyes stared deep into his own
And the starry galaxies within each
Spun crescendo, a little faster,
About the axis of their hearts.
Twas then, when her shirt collar
Slipped to reveal her soft shoulder skin,
And the subtle line of the clavicle within,
That his eyes wandered,
And she blushed. He was fully enticed
By her then, and needed to feel her soul.
And so gave the first kiss, of their first time,
Planting euphoria on her collarbone.
It's funny that, even though I wrote poems  like this, and ****** poetry, I'm in all reality  a ****** in the practice of celibacy
Kinda odd  I think.  Let me know what you all think

Constellations
Traced for hours
In the dark of night.
Stars and planets
In a universe known
Only to my sight.
Fingers drenched in stardust
From a world that
Knows only my touch.
Senses overstimulated
By a melodic nebula
That draws in my love.
And
I could stare daily
Into the light of
That hidden milky way.
Stare evermore
Into the wonders
Of that universe
That you embody
Filled to infinity
With those precious
And forever blooming
Constellations.
Kelly Feb 2016
I plant my soft lips
Upon yours sugary sweet.
The scent upon your skin
Mesmerizes me. Belle Chérie.

La vie en rose
Explains the way I feel
When you lean into me
Cuddled tight, cuddled right
It's just the place to be.

Ah yes, the way I feel
When you look into
These hazel eyes and I into
Your dark brown iris
Hypnotizing, beautiful, precious
The way I feel... It is exuberance

I'd like those moments to keep happening.

Moments when I pick you up,
Or hold your soft hands
And attempt teaching you to dance
To shake your hips

Moments when I learn about you
Moments of simple conversation
Moments of wonderful kisses
Laughter, embraces, and bliss.
Yes.
I'd like to continue this,
euphoric courtship
Kelly Feb 2018
The dark clouds outside my window
And high above my dreary world
Rain waters upon my windowsill.
The droplets on the earths surface replace what won't fall from my eyes
To express the quiet sorrows
That I've hidden deep inside.
I've run out of tears to cry
For this particular subject.
And though I wish I could cry
To relieve my sighs
I cannot myself express
This deep sadness
And so I let the clouds,
In all their strong gray beauty,
Cry for me.
Kelly Dec 2017
I cover
Your every inch
Of dark skin
With touches tender
Like the darkness
That we've entered.
With windows shuttered
And the lights extinguished
As anticipation rises
For the caress of
Secret places to begin.

I embrace you,
Like the shadows
That raced to
Cover your skin,
I trace your curve
with fingertips and lips.
My piqued interest peaks
As I feel the trembles,
And the radiated heat
That eminates from your core
To the surface that I search
To bring bright an vivid
The image of your visage
to my mind
Just like reading braille.

Four senses left
I'm just like the blind
And so I
Rediscover every line
Every hill and sweet valley
Projected in my mind's eye
While I listen to your neosoul
sighs and prelude moans
Which, by lack of sight
Become magnified...
Til passions melodies end
In sweet cadence of night's
Darkness

A bit of love
With a side of champagne
In our garden.
Just a single taste
Of you and I imagine,
I daydream, of such a day.
Kelly Aug 2017
Tonight
I want first to explicate
and delve into the many ways
that I will love you
through ever so many days.
And afterwards to situate
the softest, and warmest touch
of lips like a painters wet brush
onto new canvas.
To seep into you like
a vocalists voice into new lyric.
To flow with you akin
a dancer gliding through the motions
of a grand romance, an
oeuvre cowritten by you and I
performed through the night.

My dear friend,
You are a Queen
Don't ever forget that ****.
Chin up, eyes forward,
Head held high, confident.
These boys be stressin
Don't know what they lookin
For.
Don't let them ruin your starlight
Love, cause you deserve more.

You're a Queen
Full blown royal regality
That's the reality.
Your court's full of Jesters
Tryina take
While you wait
And search for your King.

You're a Queen;
Inside and out, you're beautiful,
Sweet, kind, strong, and gentle.
So you gotta beware these
Kids tryina **** up your mental.
They wear fools gold crowns
You're young so don't let
Them take you off your seat.
Save your tears for that one
Who'll know what it means
To respect, adore, and love you
In his full capicity cause he
Know's you deserve to know
You can trust him with your heart.
You're a Queen, love,
Don't let these jokers tear you apart.

Dear Grandad,

I wish I could take cancer,
and punch it in the face;
And every disease and drug that poisons the body and soul,
I wish I could drag to a grave.
See, those are the things that took you away
For years, when you were out of my life.
But I'm oh so glad that at your last,
you won the battle which was your strife.
Jesus there to pull you to his chest at your final breath,
You made amends with a call to the One on the Mainline.

I loved every moment when I got to see you again,
The time between these reunions nonexistant,
Outshined by the joy of spending precious time
with you.
I'm not God but I wish you were here for another chess session.
I wish you were here so I could steal a bit more wisdom.
I wish I'd had that chance to see you hold my children with love.
You were my last Grandad and I never got to meet the other one.
Now you're both great men who've been spirited away by that sweet angel of death,
Only residing on this earth  in the memories of us,
the one's you left behind for to Heaven you've gone to rest.
If I didn't have a job to do here I'd pray for God to take me next.
Dear grandad I'll miss you,
and you'll continue on in the stories We tell your great grandchildren
generation after to generation, every one of your descendents.
Every story about you teaches forever what is best to bet
on in life. After all you've played both sides.
And yet managed to tell my father no lies.
And managed to raise my mother like you, wise.
Truly you were heaven bound and heaven sent.
Through a fantastic wide round trip
you made it to those golden gates of heaven.
And on that note, dear Grandfather,
This letter, like you, will meet it's end.
For my grandad who just passed.
Kelly Feb 2016
Dear reader,
Have you ever hidden yourself
Deep under the heavy blankets
In somewhat vain attempts to feel once more the warmth of embraces
Given by the one you loved?
Do you remember squeezing tightly
And forever hating to say goodbye to them
When it was time and the day had turned to night.
Can you recall looking forward to the next time?
Heart full to bursting with trust
That there would be a next time.
Do you remember how
Your heart had never beat stronger?
And the first kiss with your lover?
Losing yourselves in one another?
I remember, and continue to create
The memories that are stained
Ever so heavily, and thoroughly
With the tastes, the essence of love
That was shared between us
Throughout the trials we lasted.
Every moment worth remembrance.
Dear reader, do you remember it?
Kelly Mar 2016
Don't forget about me.
If we haven't made some memories
Together then it's best to move on
But if you want to start creating
I'm more than happy for procreation
Of future nostalgia and recollection.
And if already we have them,
Those precious mental photographs
Then cherish them
And hold them tightly
For you never know when
I'll be leaving
And you can say you knew me.
If we've put the time into
A friendship and fostered
Something real then
Know I'm not forgetting you.
So make the vice versa tru
Kelly Jan 2017
Don't go
I can't handle
To cry
When you go
And I stay
My yearning increasing
As the miles between
Quickly turn into
Light-years between
We
Two stars.
I see you and you see me
But our fires, our gravity
They don't quite reach,
So
Again I beseech,
Don't go.
Kelly Dec 2016
Must be fate.
You give me that ace ace.
You've given me a taste
for the best best.
And I never let it go to waste
when you place on my palate
that sweet sweet.
I find myself yearning
for your gentle gentle
release
Into your high fantasy.
It's ever lasting.
Baby girl I could stay for ever ever
In your world.
And I could give you forever forever
of my time with no lack of peace.
It's all double or nothing
for you and me.
Kelly Jul 2017
All I see is double vision.
Tears in her eyes, anger in mine
From my wrong decision.
How do I **** up a good thing
And set out to fix it?
I've got no answers to my thousand
Thoughts and thousand questions.
I've got no solutions,
So my thinking is there's
No remission.
Dear God up in heaven.
I did what I did to deserve this.
But look down at your servant with
Grace,
Show me the light at the end of this
Dark place
Cause there ain't no satiate
Where I'm at.
Had a good thing,
A good woman from my dreams
And I've undone that.
I'd give my life to have her back.
And I mean every word
When I say that...
Let your will be done
Even if it is this
Situation.
God.
I don't know how
To keep going.
Cue the insomnia
Dead heart, dead mind
And depression.
She brought me a better life.
And I know it's in the past
But that one time...
I
.
.
.
Know I did wrong and this has
Got to be payback.
Truth comes to light
Tho I didn't hide,
And now it's like a flashback.
Never again and I swear that.
Never again will I do that.
God. Never have I ever prayed this hard.
You gave me the other half to my heart.
And I want to asked this in Jesus name
Please don't take her away.
Kelly Sep 2016
I'll soon enough be
Drifting into sleep
And waking in dreamland.
A place where I'm at peace
And can count the grains of sand
And the stars  that spiral
Without a care.
Would you dare
To take my hand in yours
And join the sweet fantasy
That is continuously shifting
Twix illusion and faux reality.
With lights off and eyes shut I
Head into that world ever so
Quickly.
Kelly Aug 2017
With words and with music
I form an annulas of fire
Around your heart.
But this is no solar eclipse,
No this is merely art.
You don't block out my passion
But rather, you've enhanced it.
And celestial beauty that you are,
You've reflected this.
You've shown me who I am inside.
Kindled my desire.
Like the moon blotting the sun
You've kept my hottest rays of light
For yourself,
But I don't mind for I'd rather you
Than anyone else
Kelly Jan 2017
I gaze upon the beauty
Of the orchid,
And nibble at the sweet, succulent,
Raspberry drupelets.
I breath deep the scent
Of your roses
As your nectar, my skin,
Overuns.
With every sensation
You
Take me through Eden.
And our travels have just
Begun.
Kelly Mar 2016
Do you mind if I stick around?
I'm hungry for a little more
of your funky lovely sound,
and good music like yours
Just isn't to be found.
Can I get an Encore?
Kelly Mar 2
Hundreds of poems
Were never enough.
So I gave up writing
For someone who'd
Never understand
Depths; the essence,
The timelessness
Of my words.
Kelly Mar 2017
It rains
And it pours
It thunders
And it storms
Lightning flashes
Across the evening sky
Dusks shadows descend
Into a starry night
Where water droplets
Still roll from leaves and windows
Bricks and flowers petals
And darkness makes invisible
The beading sweat the slips
Down the sides of your thighs
And down your stomach
And onto my skin
With each passing moment
And intertwined motion.
