And those that LEFT has no single regrets.
Snide remarks often spoked for no apparent reason.
Sometimes get a reply.
When at first?
They didn't want to say anything at all.

Until, yes until, you hit that hot button.
When the words of the mouth went too far.
And you got told of built-up regression once held back.

Watch your mouth, many have been told.
But many of us know exactly how that goes.

Prison and Plantation Slave

Oh, in this modern world, you constantly amazed of the things you see.
Where you have a choice to remain free?
A slave had less rights to decide their choice.
Compared today, when the choice is yours.

Beaten, whipped and shipped.
Mainly, what many males' slaves only knew.
And in this modern generation many just joining the prison crew.

Why get upset?
If your committed crime made you apart of the system.
You are essentially a state own slave by your choice.
Get not upset by the treatment you face.

Remember, the slaves had it worst.
They have no programs for rehabilitation.
And in truth, that comes from within.
In modern times, folks blame in on various non-existence programs.

Cry and gripe behind the walls.
When many don't get their way.
Without thinking with truth.
You decided to become a prison slave by the crime you committed.
So, don't get upset, when stated to get out of your feelings.

(They Say) She's A Good Girl

They say, she's a good girl.
Just not aware how bad she can be.
Listen, to me.
They are going by the image that many that know her by.

They say, she is a sweet girl.
Not aware how bad she can be (she a bad seed)
But good when need to be.

We, all know someone like her.

Life is about pretense of various degrees.
Cause I am very aware just how she does love me.

But she is a bad girl, in the bedroom and yes society.
But to those that knows her it's not the image they see.
But aren't we all just acting.

Still, many think she a good girl.
Just not aware just how bad she can be.

It's not the image they see.

Love Got Me (Running Away)

Like, a suspect from the law.
Love got me, running away.
Yes, so afraid that I might enjoy it.

Just when I feel the need to explore it.
I see so much distraction that affects my attraction.
Oh, love got me, running away.

Don't want this heart of mine in pain.
Because hurt never been a good thing.
Don't matter what any expert might say.

So, I'm running away(running)
Yes, running away (just running)
Afraid of affection.

Rosa Parks Truth

We know the story.
We know the truth.
Rosa Parks stood on truth.

Why?
Did she had to give up her seat?
She was seated in the section assigned to blacks.
It wasn't her fault that the front was full.

We know the story.
We know the truth.
Sweet Rosa Parks just stood her ground.

The one with no seat should just turned around.

Changes

Has this world revolved?
Has this world changed?
But some through centuries opinions stays the same.

We, hear scriptures say this or that.
And guided to control folks' perspectives.
God so love the world about the gift he gave us.

Still, some twist the scripts right before us.
If two are happy of whatever gender they might be?
Just watch how some uses the scriptures to lecture a different theme.

Some, even attack another minister for their view.
Without realizing the disciples had disagreement too.

Men treated more righteous than the women that more faithful.
And to some that's a serious problem.

Trouble of the world does not outweigh love.
Thats the strongest emotion motivating us.
Even, if we ALL see things different.
