Really, you upset over where we went?
Well, it tells me a lot.
Your face shows disdain like the day when it looked like rain?

You, feel you should be at an expensive place.
And felt I should have known your taste.
Really, I should be the one enraged.

Respect, I guess you never learned.
I have heard too Many bridges you have burned.
But I thought there was a caring heart within you.
But you never catch me calling myself a fool.
That word reserved solo for you.

Look at me and say, really?

Like, the news, we act similar around Thanksgiving.
Sincere, with story and tales to tell.
But we should be Thankful the moment we wake up.

It's a blessing.
One, some of us takes for granted.
Worry not, churches around this time have the same theme.

We, who give so kindly or unselfishly doesn't brag or testify about it.
We just do it without seeing recognition.
And, within we feel thankful to helping anyone.

Maybe, donation or clothes or food or simply time.
Maybe offering ourselves out as rides.

We are thankful for life.
We are thankful for sight.
We are thankful for breath.
We are thankful for health.

We are thankful for parents.
We are thankful for siblings and friends.
So, many things to be thankful for.
Especially for acceptance of love.

Up at night
Up at day, always there in our corner.
Put through so much.
Made sure we saw the glory of church.

Tire constantly.
And a majority of us can state with truth, she loves us.
Even, when we cause her so much trouble.

But many stood by us as we face so many obstacles.

You know her.
I know her.
You know her because she loved us.

Regrets, we have a lot.
More than a few.
When it is dealing with the love of a mother.

As I write these words tears are in my eyes.
And I am still a strong man that just happen to cry.

And I think-think.
Of all the things I have put her through.
Call me a clown, call me a fool.
And I accept those terms.

And yes, I daily pray for a change.
While knowing I be lost without her.

Blessed with a wonderful prize right before my eyes.

I might not be where I like to be?

I might not have all the wealth I be praying for.
