Would curfew and tough law enforcement halt gang violence in Chicago?
Sure, there are gangs in various places with males feeling the need to belong.

But, they wrong.
Then we cry louder if the city goes into a martial law effect.
Instantly we blame the government.

But problems must be created to solve this wasteful death of various gangs.

We all the blame for this uprising in the air.

Shots ring out and someone hits the ground.
Another senseless death from a cowardly clown.
Bragging, boasting about respect cause he followed gang leader orders.

Or acted on his own.

Now you're under the gun from a certain someone.

No one care about the parent/parents crying.
Or that their child died.
Least, not the killer until he's caught and crying about facing time.

He didn't care about the parent/parents crying.
Or even about their child that died.

Now comes the hardest part.

A preacher will preach.
Give an emotional sermon about gangs, death, and injustice.
More so for show.
But truly level all the blame upon the law.

Parents, in some cases, know your child evil ways.
There are many reasons why we pray?

One for that child being in a gang, on the street or on drugs.

Now comes the hardest part.

When will gang violence end?

Chicago, what's going on?
Killing after killing like it's just a game of darts.
In fear of gangs claiming territory they simply don't own.

And if the government takes a gang eradication approach to deal with it.
Then we would make it a racial attack.
Mainly because the Chicago raging coming mostly from gangs that's black.

Then you hear these ministers crying foul to the news.
But ask yourself?
What?
Are the ministers trying to do in your neighborhoods?

Like many, they preach sermons in church on Sunday talking about storm warnings.
But not true activists like the old guards during segregation.

Take on these gangs like Jesus took on his distractors.
Be brave, be strong, what do you have to lose?
Except for your life.

Sometimes, it's a challenge you have to pay.

Through stupidity, we go for locking these gang members up.
When just maybe they deserve the chair?
Once fear is placed in many.
Then many gang members comprehend the consequences.

Can't always blame the police force, or the mayor for the stupidity of a few.

Young youth thinking in a gang they must show their loyalty.
Forget what color your gang claims?
At the end of the day to them, your blood of death means not a thing.

Each day, when I awake.
I look at you and see more than I ever knew.
Each day, I am so glad (so glad) to have the love of you.
Yes, each day.

Not that I was sad in any way(anyway).
But your love has left me in a better way.
Yes, each day.

If the sun went dark your smile lighten it up.
If my mood was gloom I just have to look at you to erase it.
Cause you have that kind of magic to change my life.
Yes, each day.
Yes, each day.

We have said and we have heard it.
Those ungrateful kids/children's don't appreciate the things we/(I) do.

Now, wait?
As adults hadn't we heard that phrase too?
When we request more than we should from parents.
Or they sacrifice for us to get something we adore.

Or without our knowledge buy us something to which we show dislike.

More likely, you gonna hear those ungrateful kids.
And let's admit it, we were.

And then we inherited them through birth.
****!

Shocked and amazed by the princess in the palace.
Deeply in awe of her presence.
But she the sunshine of joy.
An enlightenment they only see once before.

Love is a fantastic thing if you have the power to make a change.
Somethings needs not to be explained about the princess in the palace.

If anyone brings joy to you with love.
Then it's a sign of God above.

Still, some are shocked and surprised by the princess in the palace.
Well, except a few.
Cause now sh's the princess in the palace.
An example to anyone that a dream can come true.
When you least expect it.

They say I'm a fool for doing what I did?
Taking you back after doing what you have done once again?
They give various reasons to why I should bring our love to an end?

What makes me stay?
Is in my heart you be going to a deeper end.
And might not ever be able to return again.
I'm that guy that loves you don't matter what?

Cause when I was down you were the source that picked me back up.
So I'm that guy returning all the favors you did for me.
