I’m not the man who I use to be,
Because I gave up on myself and this world so I called on your name,
With your holy word you have set me free,
My old self is in the past and my past is forever gone as my guilt fades and no longer feel the shame.

I realize that I was covered in this filthy stain,
Bounded by these heavy chains,
Breaking it off lifting my hands to you feeling your amazing grace pour like rain,
From every fingertip washing away my pain.

I’ve been selfish and committed great sins but you’ve showed me nothing but love,
You’ve been faithful all of my days you are the lamb,
My god the maker of heaven above,
You are the great I Am.

Bow down in your presence I give you my heart lift my voice and give you glory,
Because you are worthy, you are mighty and you are holy,
You rewrote my story becoming a brand new man and setting me free,
For that now I’ve been redeemed.

Miss home to a warm beach walking on the soft sand,
Where a place family and friends gathering enjoy the day holding each other by the hand.
Feel the rush of the ocean,
Swimming and feeling the dolphins the whales the fishes and every sea creatures emotions.

Love sitting and reading next to a palm tree,
Feeling the warm breeze.
There nothing like spending your day going out for fresh air while the random shower of rain starts to begin,
As you look up while the cool rain washes you away as the sun dries everything and the humidity atmosphere moisturize my skin.
AS you breathe and smell the sweet air,
With all the trees around you pouring there oxygen everywhere.

Looking up seeing the beautiful colors forming a rainbow,
Standing in awe as the colors brighten your eyes aglow.
As I dream for this every day for this beauty to make me rise,

Dear young poet you had discover that you have an amazing gift, a gift of words,
As your mind will start to think freely and spreading like beautiful wings of a bird.
But you have a long way to go for you are still learning,
To explore the gift of poetry as your hands to paint your art of words the mind of your creativity piece by piece of your journey.

But having a gift can also be a cures,
You can open the deepest darkest and happiest part of your mind,
It can be better or can be for the worst.
Your emotions makes who you are let your imagination create something perfectly with your words. With your words, maybe your mind and your hands can probably stop time.

You are an amazing woman and a great mother. You shine brighter than any light that exists. Even though you are facing one of the most difficult times in your life; cancer has nothing on your strong spirit. It will never fade, for you are strong and brave. You’re not battling this on your own because you have many loved ones. The greatest and most wonderful family are by your side. We are with you to encourage you with all the love and strength we have to help you heal. Once again, you will shine more than all the stars in the galaxy in the night sky. I admire you for letting nothing stop you from being happy in your life. The passion and love you have for others along with your strength will overcome all your obstacles. Look on the bright side… at least you don’t need shampoo! HAHAHA. Anyways, even though I’m not there, I can still see the sparkles of your sunbeams and your warm, beautiful grace in my dreams.
