Winter is the coldness of black marbles
Two beautiful black gems,
Your eyes.

Summer is the press of your warm lips
Like evening rose petals
Moist with drops of dew.

It sparkles unknowingly
Gleams like glowworms above a silent sea
On a monsoon December midnight.
It sheds slowly it's skin
Reveals two angelic wings to the midnight
It sparkles unknowingly,
my soul intertwined in yours.

The piano sings into the night
like a nightingale upon a lonely branch.
Underneath, the lake glistens.
Every streak of soft blue, sailing gently
to touch the moon on the satin water.
Stillness silences.
Stillness, and a bird's cry, the rest of the night.

The bird has died but the feathers wander on.

No one is going to be there to cheer you on at three in the morning
When your demons are picking you apart.
No one is going to be there to stand by your side
When you're all alone facing Goliath.
While the world is sleeping,
You are fighting an empire.
The world will wake up in a couple hours
Oblivious to the fact that you were up all night
Fighting a war.

Love
How did Heaven drift do far away?
When did California become closer than a place intangible, within your heart?
What do you do when you accidentally followed the red brick road instead of the yellow?
Where do you...where do I, go from here?
Who is there to guide me when my phone accidentally deleted Gods contact?
Why is California closer than Heaven?

I'm one of the ones you call insane,
Because I can't play along with this rigged game.
The odds are stacked, and not in our favor,
But instead for the Bankers with money, they create more.
I look and I see the strife all around,
And know the potential for human life has no bounds.
And when I make a sound,
It's like the words are all drowned,
Or at least lost at sea.
Message in a Bottle from Humanity.
A Human who knows the scale of her insignificance -
While knowing the magnitude of what is at risk -
The disposal of this awesome gift.

I'm one of the ones you call insane,
Because I can't play along with this rigged game.
I know my role, and I know how the story goes.
I should vote in vain and be told my Heroes.
But no, I dance to my own rhythm,
I tell myself it's internally driven,
To improve myself, and the world around,
The world at large, and earthworms in the ground.
So I rejected my spoon-fed medicine,
Of this culture, man-made incentives,
Long before you inject me with antipsychotics.
Internally, Mentally, I chant the mantra of "Stop This."

It can drive a person insane,
Pretending to play this rigged game.

Colour

A mixture of colours in your eyes, I see
"What colour are your eyes?" I ask thee
Emotions hidden under an unfathomable hue
Colourful orbs that are almost see through

A storm blue stare that pins me in my place
Pierces through my soul, locking me in a haze
Looking deep into your eyes, I lose myself in a maze
Because of thee, I have been hypnotized for days

In harsh winds and cold weather
The beauty of your eyes never wavers
Orange red like falling autumn leaves
Golden specks of sunlight that shines so brilliantly

Pale green like the first of spring
Oh such joy and peace your eyes bring
Dark green that almost looks like blue
How I wish I could see you through

Seasons passed, but you never answered me
"What colour are your eyes?" I asked thee
Emotions still lie beneath an unfathomable hue
Just tell me the colour of your eyes, oh please do

Oh, how cruel a fate it is,
To gain hope from void assumptions,
For it all amounts to horse ****,
But nonetheless it curdles ones imaginations.
Guile created from ones own mind.
A goal, impossible to attain yet continue to find.
If love, beith abstraction illusion.
Hope the manifestation of delirium.
Oh, high empryn. What love of pure blessedness can your high ruler endow me with,
But literary devices which are in my usage,
Is simply the context of garbage.
