Born
She woke up to the reality of cruelty
Pain, the stench of his breath on her skin
life, she's been devoured of existence
She hated and regretted being a girl
oh pain, she couldn't bottle you anymore
she ran to the nearest, tallest bridge
and finally numbed the pain

She didn't have to
but we ignored her
judged her
avoided her
but never helped her
her  cluttered heart was broken
nobody noticed or cared enough to notice

This piece is for the **** victims.  They've suffered the most from this heinous atrocities committed by savage creatures.
I personally want to say am sorry for all you've endured and the strength you've shown by living through it all alone.

oh i saw you my darling
looking up at me
bug eyed beauty
in your spider web gift store
waiting for a fly

i felt so close to you
like we where in love
although you trembled at my immensity
can you feel how much i care for you
i blew my soft wind of grace
like a souls supple kiss
at your tendrilious daddy long legs

i wept feeling your patience and hunger
wanting you to know
heart to heart
that you could stay here with me as long as you liked
that in you i felt the pain and the love
of the world soul
of every child and creature
of every foreboding
of every passion and cruelty
and the terror of being eaten

are we not the same
you and i
bound
by desire, effort and destiny

so spin your gorgeous web
my pretty one
may you know only kindness

please stay with me
i hope a fly comes soon
that you may have a juicy morsel
i love you little spider

Odd color
of trifling light
Flitting petal
blue-purple-gray
emerged from asphalt's
heated slumber
to lead some airy way--

The road forgot
Sometimes there is a moment that deserves forever....

He speaks with conviction.
He recites the truth.
He reminds me of the pitfalls,
and the consequence
of actions uncouth.

He warns me of me.
He is the voice of reason.
He's forward and knows no subtlety.
He is the failsafe,
the adult and caution.

He challenges me always.
He is unforgiving with his words.
He's always into blacks and whites;
Never the greys.
Between us,
he's the lighthouse in my head.
My saviour,
my invisible third.

Let us hunker down...

Let's submit to each other's embrace,
and may our arms form
our very own private sanctuary.

Let us be shielded
from the debris and shrapnel
of malicious intent.

Let our fingers be free
to wipe the dirt and tears
from each other's eyes.

Let us be afraid together,
for in this cocoon,
there may yet be some mettle.

Let us still be sheltered...
For the storm is not yet over.
