He took the scorn that should have been mine.
The crown of thorns which pierced His brow.
Should have been mine to owe.

The beating which marred Him
beyond human recognition.
Should have been my sentence for sin.

He took the nails that should have been mine.
He carried the Cross which I should have borne.
It should have been I
who was...
mocked
scorned
whipped
stripped
wounded
abandoned.
Left.
To die.

But He chose to take my sentence.
My suffering.
My sin.
My shame.
So I could live.
In eternity with Him.
Oh, how great a Love is this!
That He would suffer such great pain.
For such an unworthy sinner as I.

I bow my knee and worship Him.
With tears of gratitude.
For my redemption.
He carried the Cross I should have borne.
No greater Love has ever been shown.

I bow my knee.
And worship Him.
For He took the sentence
that should have been mine.
And made it His own.
No greater Love.
Was ever.
Shown.

Come my lady, let me show you
I'm the one who'll get to know you
I won't let you out of my mind
I won't let you down you will find
We'll feel like our two souls are freed
I will be everything you need

If you see the moon in the sky
Think of it as my loving eye
Looking down and connecting you
To the one who's protecting you
I'll be sheltering you from harm
So walk with me, just take my arm

Let us walk into the sunrise
We don't have to live in disguise
I will not ever let you down
In a sea of emotions drown
I'll be the one to bring you out
oh my true love there is no doubt

When you see the sun is shining
On these hearts true love we're signing
It takes you from the dark to light
From ground level we will take flight
I'll let you know how love is won
I'll let you know you are the one

"Whats anxiety like?"

Sometimes I have to remind myself to breathe.

When I was a kid
I used to dance with fairies.
Playing hide and seek with elves
And picking strawberries.

When I was a kid
I used to ride on unicorns.
Hunt for leprechaun's gold
While getting pricked by the rose's thorns.

When I was a kid
I used to walk on rainbows.
Sing the winds' melodies.
Arm myself with bows and arrows.

When I was a kid
I used to swim with mermaids
And fly up high with the birds.
Carving woods with a blade.

When I was a kid
I used to fly on witch's broom,
Cast a spell; join at battles,
And watch the world go boom!

When I was a kid
I used to fight with monsters,
I'll face them with great courage.
Being one of the King's daughters.

But the terrible truth is: that was " when I was a kid."
The world said that "fairy tales do not exist."
I want to bring them back for they are happiness to me.
But first, I'll fight the monsters—monsters in reality...

Been lost so long it feels like home
Been high so long it feels like down
But that's alright
Yea, it's okay
Down here
We all live this way

I steal and I rob for the things I've got
Until they're stolen from me
Mostly I rob to pay for dope
A piece of oblivion in place of hope
But that's alright
Man, it's okay
We live and die this way

I'm losing my teeth
And my lips are cracked
My face looks as though
It's made of wax
I'm thin enough to walk through walls
And I can't ever remember walking tall
Still, it's alright
yea, it's okay
It'll always be this way

Why don’t you see
that
it was never meant to be?
Why don’t you understand
that
he’ll never see
you on your knees,
he’ll never hear
your silent pleas.

When I wiggle, wiggle wiggle,
People giggle, giggle, giggle.
In the middle, middle, middle,
I'm not so little, little, little.
When I jump, jump, jump,
My big old ****, ****, ****,
My rear end ****, ****, ****,
Goes bump, bump, bump.

Once skinny as a rail
I’m more like a whale.
Because of what I did
Ever since I was a kid.
Any old kind of candy
To me was simply dandy.
Follow me around and
I’d eat it by the pound.

Mom would bake, bake, bake.
By belly would shake, shake shake.
I couldn’t flounce, flounce, flounce
My gut would bounce, bounce, bounce.
Now I’m round, round, round,
To the ground, ground, ground.
I eat just like a pig, pig, pig,
That’s why I’m so big, big, big.

Once skinny as a rail
I’m more like a whale.
Because of what I did
Ever since I was a kid.
Any old kind of candy
To me was simply dandy.
Follow me around and
I’d eat it by the pound.

When some say diet, diet, diet,
I reply to them quiet, quiet, quiet.
Every time I try it, try it, try it.
My body doesn’t buy it, buy it, buy it.
So i just live for lunch, lunch, lunch.
I love to eat a bunch, bunch, bunch,
And I have a basic hunch, hunch, hunch,
The same will go for brunch, brunch, brunch!

Oopy Doopy, Super Sloopy.
Loopy snoopy, pants apoopy.
Lippy hippy, slippy dippy.
Nasty-nicey, normally snippy.

Loosey goosey, chocolate moussey.
Usually *** goofy as Gary Busey.
Hinky-stinky presidential *****.
Winky-blinky, dangerously stinko.

Hippity hoppy, flippy-floppy
Get a mop, it never stops.
Laughy gaffe-y, riffy-raffy
Face as gross as rotten taffy.

Whammy-bammy, scary scammy
Mammy-jamming Uncle Sammy.
Lumpy-dumpy, far from humpy
******* up future jumpy bumpy.

Glossy boss, a frightful loss
Ungathered moss at twice the cost.
Serious gap while the country naps
****** sap giving us a slap.

Frightening nooses tightening,
Rights denied like summer lightning.
Ignoring Popes and Snopes
Hopeless dopes put us on the ropes.

Immune to our cries, elected guys
Make horrifying decisions most unwise.
Like black magic before all our eyes
We’re leaderless as freedom dies.
Split the vein of heart
let all your beautiful colors spill
bleed your love
all over me...
blank canvas of clouds
bare your soul to me
paint my black and blue
pure and new

I will bloom for you
as only the soul touched
by light and beauty can

orange and pink and auburn
like flowers and autumn leaves and sunrise
every sunset
I will spend my moments
with you
in your garden
smelling your roses
daydreaming
in the morning of your eyes
in the night of your dreams
flying like stars
dancing like the wind
sturdy as a mountain

Ill wait for you
underneath a blanket of darkness
pale as the whitewashed moon
flask half empty
waiting to be filled
to drink you in
get drunk on you
be the one
your lips make love to
the lungs your breath settles into
the flesh you crawl beneath
to slumber in peace
the heart you escape into
whenever you are on the run from the world
your place of solitude and quiet
your shelter

*Chose me
and I promise to be
an ending
to all your unhappy endings
your happily ever after
your here and now
and thereafter in the hereafter
forever and always
