Your words are like venom
Coursing through my veins with ease.
As I breathed you in,
My lungs turned to ice.
Your lips are like a lethal dose
of my favorite drug.
And even though I know you're toxic.
I can't quite make myself leave.

It sounds creepy, but I love to watch people; to see who they are when they think no one is watching. I love seeing someone get so wrapped up in their own thoughts, seeing them find something that holds their attention for more than a minute or two. I love watching the passion gleam from someone's eyes and seeing then become infatuated with something they love. I think there is something so beautiful about a person who is completely unaware of the world around them.

He was the lightning

Shining yet silent;

And she, the thunder

Deafening and violent;

And together they formed

A Beautiful Storm
This is my first poem.
