Lining the perimeter with explosives
I have to break down these walls
Or this is going to fall
Built this on rotten foundations
Anger still lurks around
Like a slave in a plantation
Ready to put there masters to sleep permanently
Just beneath the surface
It feeds on the nails
Like a termite
It's down fall
Will rain heavy destroying it all
During the breakdown
The love will get lost in the dust
Withers and shrivels in the smoke
The dream of us has to be brought down
Wood would crack under the pressure
Glass shatters as it break
The ground shakes
Metal bends
Anything inside has no hope of being rebuilt again
After the smoke clears
We will clear out the rubble
And try to build this again

You ain't no damsel in distress
I might have saved you once
But I retired this S on my chest
I tried to love you
But your just kryptonite In a Sunday's dress
You might have been the one once a midnight dream
But I get my power from the sun
So go out and have fun don't worry about me
No more saving hearts
Not everything in superman can heal as fast as my body parts
Your blue eyes were my weakness
My love for you was like a nerds love for comic con
I would've held a ton of bricks to help you cross this bridge
But now I'm tearing it down
With a gust of wind from within
Loving you has changed me
I'm not the superman I use to be

What are we
I can't put this in a title
Technically this we
Isn't as solid as we'd like it to be
My dreams are more real then you and me
At times I'm confused
Abusing my brain
Tidal waves of rushing emotions flood in
I often think this is just a ruse
Faking each other out
The I love you doesn't out weigh the conflicts
It's just another counterfeit
This we is just a contorted painting
Of a gremlin trying to scratch it's blind spot with a rubber stick
It just don't make sense
How it will end just adds up the suspense
But it's predictable like a stencil
This we has already been drawn In
Written In pen
By the holy man
Maybe it is he who can tell me
What is the we,
We like to call you and me
I just don't see how it's been 5 months sense you last called me
And expect me just not to up and leave
But I guess it's the dream of we that keeps me
Now I see why people name there daughters hope
But I have a knife to hopes throat
Threatening it not to go
But another 365 days of this
And this we that we conjured up
Just can't be
Because I still don't know what we are

Throwing pebbles trying to wake you
The moon light is dim tonight
I grab one more and it went crashing through
Splitting the glass like cracked wood
I quickly held up a boom box
To play our song
But instead the sounds of *** noises and moans slither through the speakers
Someone has switched my tape
Plan B a mariachi band tag along with me
Actually they were just three randoms I ran into on the street
So the piercing noise they're making has polluted the air waves
Rapping your ear
All off tune
There strings ripping apart as they play
Neighbor dogs bay
I finally wave them off saving the day
Or the rest of this night
Now we're at plan G
I skipped C D E and F
Unless you want to see a synchronized dance I made to gone gone
With a hobo who seemed to have rhythm
But only when he's filthy drunk
But plan G will save me and this night
Ready to get off your lawn
The mosquitoes are starting to swarm So here goes plan G a symphony of notes coming from me
Aiming to sweep you off your feet
Hopefully you don't fall from your window
As I start to sing a breeze carry the notes
Turing it into a sweet tune
Dogs howl
Approving
And as you smile and stare
Your eyes shine in the moonlight like pearls
Giving me courage to sing to the heavens
I try to hit high note
My throat cracks and it comes off more like a quack
You laugh
I'm such a hopeless romantic

Her skin was silky blue
Foreshadowing a full moon
Her eyes mystique
But full of life
Bright lights dance behind her eye lids
Hair golden brown braided down her back
Around her neck scales form a silver necklace
Her lips were stained pale green
She reminded me of my once beloved
I fell for her pretending she was you
Flashes of the galaxies is what I saw when we kissed
Milky Ways played in her eyes
She showed me shooting stars
And I wished on them for you
I saw her crash landing when we held hands
She projected scenes from her home world in my head
Like a movie screen
She hailed from Venus
She was outcasted because of her compassion
Out Blasted into space
Shunned by her race
Until she found this place
Pulled her from the wreckage
In my arms she felt safe
Loved me from that day
But my love soon turned in disgrace
Man and Alien
Betrayed his own race
But when I look at her face I still see you
I, she, you and me weren't meant to be
But unlike you
See needs me
And I need her
She came her with more then love
With a pre warning too
Her species wants to invade

Don't know how to tell you this
But your starting to become just words on my cell phone screen
Trying to convince me you love me
Even if you really do
My cellular connection is dropping so your messages is not getting through
And don't think It's you
It just hard to feel words on a screen
Your love is plausible
It just might be true
But I've succumbed to this distance
Can't feel the real you
If I met you in real life
I probably wouldn't know
Looking at a stranger looking back at me
Almost 2 years of unheard words
This long on a cell phone
To much of anything kills you
And right now it's my cell phone screen

Show me the road to her heart
Even if I have to play notes from a harp
For her not to depart
Show me the way
The array of mysteries
She holds in her strands of hair
Leading to her mind
Give me a way to freeze time to get it right
Or give me a machine to fix the poisoning things I've done
Show me a trail to pick
Show me a way to a woman's heart
Give me some tips to make her forget
The way I've chosen has dug me into a pit
Teach me a conjuring trick to conquer her thoughts
Who knew getting to her heart would be this hard
A man needs help to a women's heart
