She wants to know how much I love her
But baby my love can be scaled
Trying to count the array of numbers
Would be like damning yourself to hell
A number between one and ten just doesn't compare
My love would disfigure the scale
Twisting it like molten metal
Turning it inside out
I would break it like a glass coffee ***
I love you to the point it hurts
Like I stepped on a rusted nail
My love has me chasing you like a dog after its tail
A infinite number
The back trail of it gets lost like colors we can't see
So if your looking for a number
Sorry but my love can't be put on a scale

Our first time under the mistletoe
Here we go
I close my eyes and lean in
You laugh cause I kissed your nose
Who knew how this would go
Instead of feeling embarrassed I pull you close
Wrapping my arms around you
So close I can see my reflection looking back at me
So close I can see the thousand connection in your blue eyes
Mimicking the stars in the sky
My heart races
Nervousness in both our faces
I can feel you quiver
As your lips are quite smaller then mine
But that's fine
Like a puzzle they'll fit together
And even though it's not Christmas
This time we both lean in

I lay there motionless
Past out from the thirst
Empty inside
Weaken hide
Easy picking for the things that scavenge from the skies
Vultures
Lured by what's rotting inside
Each one that swoops in a sin I've tried to hide
Ironic my sins try to eat my alive
But from the distance flies a black crow
Swoops in
It's claws diamond, shining in the light
These claws are the little good that's in me
Put to bad use
Rips the feathers from the dead flesh eaters
This crow
The darkest thing in me
Protects me
Buts it's not here to help me
Only to feed
I'm it's carcass
And after its full it breaks off pieces of me
Feeds it to these sin
To keep them at bay
I'm only safe when it flies away

Shes been French kissing death
I can smell it on the scent of her breath
It singes my eyelashes
Each time I take a breath
I feel like I'm flirting with death
Kissing death stained her teeth
Turned them brown
Rotten her breath
Killing me
When she smiles I can she hairs
From whatever animal crawled up there and died
Does she know whenever she inhales
The riptide of chemicals that shouldn't be
Is the cause of her putrid breath
Even when I she's gone away
It lingers
And stays
Polluting the airwaves

It hurts when we hold hands
I can feel the coldness in your stem
It's the source of your emotionless pattern
Your leafs pulled from past handlers
Your thorns ***** me like the ***** you called me
Hoping I'll let go
But I only tighten my grip
Even if I have to endure the pain
Afraid of losing your scent
The sweet smell of precious nectar
I've memorized it
The feel of your petals
The beauty in your color
I douse you in love to keep you alive
I want to fuel you like the sun
I want to be the reason you bloom in spring
But the more I invest, the quicker you wilt
You dying in my hands

When body meets ink
And it stains the skin
When the reward outweighs pain
So it becomes vague
When it's no longer just a needle
It's use as a tool to covey her body a canvas
She has become a stencil
Her skin a piece of paper
The needle a ink pen
And even if you don't understand
The meaning is more then what's on her skin
It seep into her veins
And now her heart pumps it
She's ok that it tainted her blood
This ink has become her
A walking collage
But unless you are her
You won't understand her
To her this is more then just a hobby  or sport
It's her life
Tattoos is her art

I be the captain of this scurvy crew
We sail under the blue moon
Guided by black skies
The stars gave out on us long ago
Hearts cold
You can see the pain in our eyes
Not from the lack of *****
But the lack of treasure
We were told
It's better to loved and lost than never loved at all
Well we've loved and lost
Never to love again
So casted out to the seas
Bath with the Dolphins
To get rid of these fleas
The clean shaven looked lost in the waves
Crows feet eyes match the crow at my side
Picking the blooding ******* insect
From the crew
I remember the draining feel with you
The lack of civilization has dulled our eyes
Change the interpretation of words
Just blank stares and grunts
We've been drifting for months
But still the flashes of past memories haunts them
They relapse wanting love
So a plank I've built
Threaten them with it
Like a sword on my hilt
But the feeling of love was to great
Soon they staged a coup d'état
Set the ship on fire
And took shelter in the sea
All except me
As the black flags fall in flames around me
The captain and his ship both meet the sea
