Her
I hate her.
I hate how her smile is eched into my memory.
I hate how her laugh still reverberates throughout my soul.
I hate that after all the pain all I want to do is hold her.
I hate her... because I still love her.

Every muscle is a brushstroke.
Every vein has a story
Every indentation is a memory
I hide my pain in the gym and the physique that comes with it bears the scars of betrayal, loneliness, depression.
I hide my pain in plain sight, masked by the illusion of strength.
