Colten Clark Jun 2018
My eyes stare into oceans, in which I cannot breath
I sleep with mind wide open
letting strange things in my dreams . . .
Colten Clark Jun 2018
At sundown all the world is long
Stretched thin by reaching shadows
But pulled so thin the line must break
Celestial fire glows in mountains
Orange then red then—dark
Only haloed peaks on horizons burn
pink then purple then—black
A sheet is swiftly pulled over skies
with moth eaten holes leaking
soft twinkling light.
