A clear sky
No grey sight
With fist full of desires
green dreamy eyes
I fly away

True friends
Are always there for you

Real friends
Know when you need a pick me up

Great friends
Make you smile without saying anything

Friends come and go
Come and go
But when you need a friend
They are always there for you

A certain song....
.... can change your mood...
...For good...
Leaving you happier....
....In a split second....
Or creating tears....
Only for a moment...

Midnight Rain
the memory of your
presence is felt like an earth//quake

as if my soul has everted,
my heart has been torn...

every wave of emotion
is felt like the first time.

i become a spineless,

curling into myself
and crying out the storm
that has lived within me

your presence is missed like
cold rain in summer,

like a scarlet fire drawn in the
center of winter,

and when Autumn
leaves fall like teardrops
from trees,

darling, you are missed
like a heartbeat falling from a

and i shatter myself every day
from the earth//quakes your memory gave

you... are missed
most ardently...

you are the life within me now
and i cannot seep you out from
myself without
uprooting everything beautiful
you grew in me.

When I feel
because I am not known
for some great achievement,
I remind myself
the purpose of living
is not to achieve greatness
but to strive for my joy and happiness.
The question
I ask myself
in the present-moment
is not “Am I important?”
and not “Am I great?”
but I ask
“Am I joyful and happy?”.

Sit with me awhile
Speak of happy things
Smile away the darkness
Soften my sadness with the
Sheer delight of your presence.

Let us dine on the sweet bread of life
I will toast the days gone by, moments of
mystery and majesty.  You, the hope that
tomorrow will be gentle, each day the revealing
of a new dimension of the pilgrim self.

Tell me stories of your journeys,
the streets you walked, mountains
conquered, tell me of love that filled
your world with lilac and rose, of dreams
that never came true.  I will listen with my
heart and find blessing in the feast of conversation.

Then, when the candle burns low,
I will close my eyes in the final sleep
and set my course for a distant star.

Sit with me awhile
Speak of happy things
Smile away my darkness
Send me on my way with a
quiet gesture of peace.

I had coffee and a cigarette for breakfast
So yeah I'm doing fine
I've become good at taking weight off of other peoples shoulders
Searching for happiness in everything

If I could rewind,
I do it all differently.
Maybe then,
I’d be over you.

Love, it's sweet.
It tears your heart open, then it retreats.
Just a little bit tender it is
All you need is a kiss

Hate, it's ruthless.
Moods will leave you toothless
You'll ****, you'll lie
Until the day you accept your fate and die.

Sadness, its depressing.
Realization is so much more stressing.
Never, ever fleeting
The heart really takes a beating

One expression
Eternal pleading
Eternal bleeding.
