Maybe* we are not bounded by the Bars of Prison,
But maybe we are bounded by the Lies of a Person

Maybe we Believed,
But maybe we were Deceived

The fact that I felt is the truth that I showed
You may not be perfect, but you are still gold
You may not see, but something I can prove
When I miss a beat, you put me back in the groove

Maybe we do not seek it,
But maybe we are waiting

Maybe we denied,
But maybe we were destined

Everyday feels like a retreat
With you, everyone we can beat
With you, adventures we greet
With you, my life is complete

*Unless we try, We Would Never Know

Through whimpers and sobs
all night I did pray
for someone who could
sit next to me and stay.

Waiting for a miracle,
I woke up one day
only to find you,
who crossed my way.

I let out a gasp
and a shriek of joy.
You were the one who
didn't treat me like a broken toy.

You came into my life
like an answer to my prayer.
I had searched for a person
like you, everywhere.

Sitting next to me,
you smiled and understood.
You were the only one
to see under my hood.

Though you had problems
and difficulties of your own,
never did you once let
me feel cold and alone.

You were the answer
that I had never found.
Lending a helping hand,
you pulled me off the ground.

You made me laugh.
You made me smile.
You knew me the best
though it had been a little while.

Nobody knew the
relief you bought.
Through pain or gain,
it was you I sought.

Words are all I have,
so I'm writing it here.
You are the miraculous
answer to my prayer.

God created everything in Seven Days they said
A lot of things going on in His head
We cannot comprehend, anything but the tiniest thread
Seven Long Periods that I hope He did not dread

Delivered Himself through bread
We were the ones He led
From the Scriptures we have read
That for us, He bled

Why light up lanterns and trees?
For Joseph and Mary, the road to Bethlehem they shall see
Another year to celebrate another wondrous Jubilee
Been a while since I last made a poem. Still a bit rusty. Merry Christmas!
Its the time of the year when the snow is falling,
and you can hear the mothers of small children calling.
"Tomorrow is Christmas! Santa will come as soon as you sleep."
they will get tucked in bed, not making one peep.
Christmas is tomorrow, all the kids will be dreaming,
of the moment they wake up and the sunlight is beaming.
run downstairs look at the presents!
but there wasn't anything under the tree, but little messes.
where are the presents all the kids wonder?
maybe its a dream I'm having in slumber.
"Wake up sleepy head."
i hear very softly, and i sit up in bed.
is it Christmas now?
go downstairs and look, don't be loud.
the tree is so bright, the presents, there's so many.
i wanna open them all, but i know mother wont let me.
I open a few, and eat Christmas cookies.
i drink some milk, and then watch some movies.
"Momma, i wish we had more."
"I know child, go up too bed close you door."
"Same time next year?"
"Yes of course, goodnight dear."
He's the most interesting man in the world,

and she's the most boring.

What a pity

she had to go foolishly

falling in love.
She'll get her heart broken again.

like a tsunami;
the thoughts of you,
the memories of us;
they flood my mind,
without a warning,

my love for you
were the tidal waves
and you were the shore
because no matter how much
you pushed me away
i'd come right back to you
just to be pushed away again

you came into my life
like a tsunami
you drowned me whole
i'm still sinking
deep into our memories,
the memories we made,
when you were still
in love with me
and i never wanted
to be rescued

you were the tsunami
of my life
a chaos caused by
the beautiful mother nature

when you left,
i finally understood
why were tsunamis natural disasters.
