Tangence
Every winter
I become dragon
Wings unfurl
Black combat boots crunch
Against the icy ground
Claws raking streaks like stars

Every winter
I become dragon
Because my heart is a princess
Stuck within the towers created by my ribcage
She mourns
I grow scales of armor

Every winter
I become dragon
"This isn't working out"
The sound of tears washes over the chambers of the castle
I swish my tail, I close my eyes
I can feel the walls tremble

Every winter
I become dragon
Because I grow stronger
I do so because I realize only I am able to protect myself
I curl myself around the princess and swear to do better
Spring will come, in time

Of course,
I knew I'd always
like you.
You talked like his poetry,
although you'd never read
Bukowski.
The real shame about our
short lived time together,
is that I never told you your
voice sounded like poetry,
and your hands felt like poetry,
your mouth tasted like poetry,
and your eyes looked like poetry.
Beautiful.

Little bird little bird
where'd you go?
I can't seem to find you
I've searched high and low.

Little bird little bird
I can hear you crying,
Tell me where you are
Can't you see I'm trying?

Little bird little bird
I can feel your pain,
Tell me where you are
Can't you see I'm going insane?

Little bird little bird
why must you hide,
I just want to dry
All the tears you've cried.

Little bird little bird
You're killing me,
You're driving me away
Why can't you see?

I'm going little bird
Since you won't let me in,
Can't say I didn't try
But I definitely didn't win.
So much hidden meaning. Oh well, I'm hungry.

Icy electricity, fiery desire
Melting, dripping, let's get higher
Take me, make me feel your heat
Bend me over, make me scream!
You bring to life my wildest dreams
Gripping tighter, feel my release
My body shakes, increasing speed
No longer a want, fulfilling animalistic needs

Baby, do you want it?
You have me begging, baby please!
Moving my hips to meet your thrusts
You give it all to me!

>>Your hot sticky lust~>
There's a virus in this school called hatred,
It finds your happiness and takes it.
It writhes in your pocket,
Sounds much like gossip,
And leaves your heart bare and naked.
The veins in my heart,
rooted down to my stomach,
and from these roots began to grow a tree,
and on its branches caterpillars did roam
right there in my stomach,
they made their home.
yet I was alone.

Enter the lumberjack.
The caterpillars cocooned,
ready to begin the transformation
from girl to woman, oh, the sensation!

Time ticked on,
the lumberjack and I,
with that little spark in our eye,
from the tree, grew a garden, into woods
our love resounding above the forest canopy
the feral instincts, the cinders, the shade
until finally the Sun no longer shone
so the wall of qualms had to go,
in the form of trees,
one by one.
chopped.

Yet.
the wildfires had sparked
and the cocoons were now butterflies
and the forest we grew together was ablaze
what he didn't chop, my cinders singed,
ash by ash life was ceasing to be,
and then from the woods,
were we forced to flee.

and the butterflies flew free
the blossoms,
the trees,
burned

but the butterflies flew free,
in my stomach,
they are free

so now a bit of our dead forest lives in me.
well folks, this is what happens when you let your romance shade you from the light of the heavenly father.
I do not believe this is our final farewell,
but should it be,
at least we will still carry some of each other's ''good''
