wounded soldiers
as we match along side by side,
as we tag along this life's trek.
we are armed ready to fight,
we are harmed by many a sight
a we soldier on towards triumph.

as we step out ready to battle,
each day is a new tire ,
we are torn, tired and weak
from unending beatings of each day  of the week
we still push on soldering forward.

in our quest in our war, all torn bruised and boiled
we can't belittle the other, cause our main aim is to survive
no stronger or weaker, today i take a beat tomorrow a breather
this wars will never whether, until in a box we linger
soldering on till it all ends.

some chants others cry,
some clap others stamp
cheers of victory jeers of shame
a beautiful banquet we are  given
soldering on till death makes us stop.
life is a struggle, lets not belittle or over esteem the other, each day we are struggling to live and make it the best day. lets not make it worse for the other person.

Child mother
I have known you all my life,
Your shoulders have borne me,
Your care has shielded me.
You have been my pillar,
The wind beneath my wings.
With you before me an unbeatable.
Your counsel has been my touch.
When i erred you corrected,
In my victories you were greatest cheerleader.

Age does catch up, now am 'mature'
Got my ID and built in body and mind.
Done. With school even live on my own.
Just about to practice my independence,
Just making my own decisions and all.

As fate be fate as destiny be like rail,
The strong you is frail,
The healthy you be too sick,
The joyous you be ever groaning in pain.
And bright you be a lamentator.

Tables now turn, you are now a helpless child and am the mother.
I decide now for you, I feel inadequate.
I make life long decisions,
Am unable to enjoy, or glory in my earnings.
My young mind feels unable to think.
As i deal with all thee challenges,

Am feeling tired, not time to rest,
Overwhelmed I am from all the grinding.
Hope i want to give up, but you never gave up on me.
I push and strive, in hope i will live,
To fail you ii don't wish to,
Coz you never failed me

Resilience
Though life seems tough, though all help seem to lessen,
Though the drought seems prolonged and the land be patched and dry.

Though kindred seem as foreigners,
And friends seem as strangers.
Though you feel lost and confused, just know.

The future will honor you, don't loose hope don't give in to hopelessness.
We are strong when we have what we look for in the future.

Build stamina in the challenges of today, train in decision making and making choices today. Tomorrow you will be the inspiration story, tomorrow you will be the crown we will be celebrating.
Though the path be hard you are equal to the task
Endy, tough childhood

Tears of My Boy
I know now we are two men in the house,
My young lad now knows his position,
he plays into his new and permanent role,
A man he has become.

As he is burying his emotions,
As he is mantaining calm, in face of internal turmoils,
As he gasps and smiles hiding his pains,
Tears can't avoid but to stream on his chubby cheeks,
As my boy transitions into a man.

On catching sight of me, i see the brightening of his eyes,
As i draw near, i hear the joyful shrill of his voice.
As i shake his hand, am met by a warm embrace.
As my boy turns into a man.

I look into thy eyes, i see my past,
I see my unwrought ore,
I see a bud, about to bloom.
I see the sunshine after the gloom.
I see my boy turn to a man.

My kiosk
My kiosk.

You are one of my greatest friends,
We have shared much, have gone through alot.
I know, at times we take stock. Chose which enterprise to close, which to weigh, which to continue with.
As a friend, i would wish ours to be maintained.
We ain't beyond profiting, the enterprise isn't obsolete,
The inflation has its pinch but our friendship can survive the hardship.
I believe we  ain't totally unprofitable.

So this of mine, where i peddle jokes and care.
Where you are a customer, please don't cease to come.
I got myself more stock from China. Very original as i don't deal with counterfeits.
And i made the choicest, to please my favourite customer.
Be ye most welcome to the shop and please don't you ever stop from shopping.

Autumn
Autumn.

The summer is over, the cold reigns.
The cold winds blow in autumn signing the coming of july.
The sun shines from afar, the rays not providing any warmth.

As the winter flood gates open, and the chills dull the thrills.
Ever so often we seek for our warmth in tunic and boots.
We seek for the yonder heart and warm heart.
We seek for that laughter and genuine encouragement.
Our hearts long for that dear one...

In the cold july the flamming eyes will thaw the frost.
The warm kiss will sweeten the voice, and the jade bird will once again sing. An embrace that will let two hearts beat in tandem. Defrosting the ice in between.
Be it unto thee, the holder of the candle, let thy heart have grace and let mine heart thaw.

Let friendship if nothing more blossom.
Let the blocked channel be unblocked. Let salams and morning be.

A sincere plea from, a desperate friend , seeking an olive branch.

I choose to live
The strain on me is much,
Th clutch of death seem a relief,
The burden of life seem hard to bear,
And its scars unsightly

I breath in am choked,
The air acrid and horrid,
The grim awaken and seeks me,
I have ran for four decades,
Its snares i have escaped,
When i just feel relief,
I then hear grim on my path again.

At times i got tired i needed rest,
The unending has had a toil on me,
Am a living zombie,

If i let death get me,
I know pain will just be for once,
Then eternal peace i will be ,
Or so I think.

Then i heard him call,
Daddy daddy is all he could say,
My heart melted and swelled with joy,
Another smaller version of me.

If i go today, who will be called daddy,
Whom will the younger me look upto,
Who will guide and defend,
Who will coach and direct .

I have made a resolution,
Against all odds and thought,
If not for me, let me be ,
I will fight it, I will engage
I will not make it easy,
I will never go down without a fight,
Just for the younger versions of me.
When all seems blick, when our toil seems naught. Hopr makes us live.

Her voice an invite for collabos.
Looking deeper into her brown eyes,
You acknowledge the fire beneath the surface,
A feverent lover, clothed in attire of a fairly.
She appears meek and calm, but one taste of her you become an addict,

Rocks on a rock
Would you dance with me,
Would you waltz, samba and rumble  for me.
Would you be a body ******, turn to a bow for me.

In our secret hideout, just you and i.
They only thing clothing us, is our shyness
As we await for the camp fire to die,
And the night darkness to blanket us,
The night sky is filled with sweet night songs.
A night gale here, a baboon call there and bushbaby call somewhere.
In our cave, on bed of leaves we seat,
Our proximity so close.
I cant hold it any longer, i just have to gaze to you.
Into your eyes, deep brown eyes,
I see an ocean deep and clear
In the dying ambers, i catch a glimpse of the tide,
The current of desire, the depth of your hunger.
Gorgeous eyes, pure and white.
Am a sailor in the ocean, am ready to be drowned.

With just a gaze, its enough,
Without a word everything is said,
I am a parched desert and you are an oasis.

The cold night breeze, draws us nearer,
Like a magnet our body heat attracts us to each other.
As we lock in a hug, and rock on our leafy bed of rock.
We transform from the, harmless lambs, into jungle wilds.
Like a vampire am drawn in for the ****, like a dracula you seek taste of blood,
Our barrier, the linen, are shred to bits.
With heaving and growling the beasts are let out
We disturb the quite night, with our wild song.
Am the raging fire, am trying to consume, and like a tempest ocean storm you are trying to drown me.
The leaves on our bed fly everywhere, as to bodies are locked in a pleasure contest.
A crescendo, a Harmony a sweet surrender.
The ocean bashes against the hardrock,  the fire heats up the ocean water.
Then the two night creatures howl, in ecstasy,  trembling in waves ands waves of pleasure.
As they lay locked, and catching breath, smiles Break into their sweaty face.
The nightgale, the baboon and bushbaby now make a unison song.

Next to your heart i will draw,

Of clouds and drizzles.
Of peaceable deers and panda.

Am losing you
I confess, i love you,
I confess you are my choice above the rest
I confess, i wouldnt wish to replace you
I confess, am slowly losing you.

How can a great thing, best thing go so wrong
How can a great path mislead so,
True change of priority, shakes the entire structure.
And a sweet thing too sweet taste bitter.

Wild your sword, flash it in the sun,
Chants the war cries, who is your foe?
Quip at the silent us, we appear not in support.
We cant drain, the entire oil on one head,
Others to need to be annointed.

Am not seeing us, slowly apart we are growing.
No hugs no kisses, even simple hello nah!
Each others company not enjoyable.

The Rift
She became what she willed,
I stood by her, made her be.
Her new plant grew,
In strength it flourished.
Leafy green it be, big canopy it had.

It became priority, covering all of us
Our other plants began to wilt,
Her was shading ours.
It took all our water and minerals.
Leaving weak crops in a field.

To survive we have to divert our water.
We have to horde our minerals,
Least other crops dry, to the big tree
The blue gum was destroying us.

I will hide the water from the farmer,
My water is for the other crops,
I will water my crops in secret,
Not let the big tree absorb it.

The farmer, and his family aren't talking.
The farmer feels unsupported,
The aide feels over exploited.
Months are going, the cracks widens
The rift deepens, reasources hidden
Will they survive the gully?

The meeting.
We toyed with the idea,
Non injurious jabs we threw at each other,
Harmless winks, innocent laughters, truly uplifting.
A date in a swamp, sugarcane mangoes made the day.

Her mind was like a shopping mall,
Great ideas apon shelves of greater ideas.
Clarity of vision her demeanor,
As bright as her lovely eyes.
Purpose and intent clear,
mirrored by her gorgeous lips on a perfect face.
From her recess of thoughts came forth money makers.
Like an architect blue print, and  with steps of execution.
Arithmetics simplified, foggy haze cleared.
Truly I saw a  star 🌟 during the meeting.

That night the mother heaved,
what was inside her was ready to emerge.
The day was gloomy, the skies were dark.
Lightening was cracking,
flashes of light here and there.
Deafening thunder that shock the house.
The mother was worried, what will become of this last born.
Just like in unison with the weather, sharp pains ran through her, sign that the young visitor was ready to come.
In less than 15minutes, another flower was added into the banquet.
Her smile like ray of sunshine,
as if to confirm,
the storm subsided,
the heavens cleared.
She looks a sweet flower, let her be named Alice

I rehearsed my war chants, Practiced my victory dance. I puffed my chest, strengthened my *****, flexed my muscles. I gathered the crowd to see me unhilate my enemies. But I regret, I regret not my bad choices, but for the good ones I didn't do, I regret the memories I didn't create, I regret the lyrics I could have made into songs. I regret the words I swallowed that gave me ulcers, I regret the fake smile I put that made my tooth ache I regret

I at times long for that touch, the breath of a woman next to my ear.
I long for those nights where we wrestle in bed.
I long for those moments where a heart beats next to mine.
I long for the touch that weakens me.
I long for the gasp, the whimper, the silent scream of pleasure as we ***.
I long for those days where we kiss and am hard as a maasai warrior,

We should be slaves
Let be free,
free to air our thoughts
free to make mistakes,
Free to avoid guilt and self hate,

But above all,  lets be slaves of hope.
Hope that our tomorrow, will be better than the past.
Hope that we are expecting better,
Hope that a smile today will lead to laughter tomorrow.
Hope,
am just fantasising about you, your sweet body, those ***** sweet kisses. The heart warming sensual moans as our bodies rock, and I slide into that sweet honeypot.

I can still feel the tremors of pleasure as I go deeper and deeper into you. I Love the smell our sticky bodies as we wash each other with our body juices.

My bedroom mistress, I yearn to learn more from your wealth of the act. You are an artist and I wish to be your apprentice. Teach me, let me do the practicals. Grade me, but let me have retakes.

Let me scoop the honey,
let me lick every drop,
Let me get drunk,
Allow me to savour the life dregs,

Let my fingers play the fiddle,
Let me sing and waltz to the rhythm,
Let me strike the notes in crescendo,
Allow me to drown in the melody.

Our song will have no words,
The music will not be meant for more than a pair of ears.
In our studio of five by six,
We will edit and launch our album,
And on our memory wall it will hang,
As the best platinum album of 2019.

You are too stingy with yourself my dear,
let me have a slice,at least two slices of you.
Let me savour you, allow me to salivate into your wholeness. Let me drool and lust into your experiences.
Your joys let me have a sip, your sorrows let me have a bit.
Your care freeness, entrust it into my strong hands.
Let me know what clogs you, chokes you and simmers you. Let me ride in your strength, and measure the depth of your sorrow.
Let me light the darkened soul candle and quiten your heart thunders,
Just let me in,
into your soul,
So that I can see the world through your eyes,
Taste the waters with your tongue, and know how roses smell to you.
Let me know how pain feels to your, and probably I will know why I misunderstand you
It takes one to open self so that the misunderstanding can become an understanding

Ego change
We love to change clothes,
we love shoes for running, hicking and strutting on the catwalk.
We love to smell sweet, ****, confident and **** plane mad.
We love costumes to look like angels or monsters.
We are a slave to change,
we complain when wear same for so long.
We seek out illicits, to get the variety.

Anothers mind and soul, is what we seek. But the self loath.
We give testimonies, of how I was and know how I am.
We change hairstyles, upgrade our accents.
We long to experience others, in yourself.

This mire and bog, has seen great minds simplified.
Seen whelps turn to fierce dogs,
Has seen urchins turn to masters.
Has seen those who bow, being bowed to.

In our quest for difference, we take alters and influencers.
We stimulate and live our imagination,
Till we become trapped and eventually lose ourselves.

Though we flirt, with drugs, alcohol, religion and mantras
let our aliases not take over us.
We seek variety, we get trapped by it, we lose ourselves and cease to exist.

More words
Words are signs of life, they form images evoke emotions and like rain make foliage to rise, or an oasis to dry,
They make an outstretched hand to give, or slap.
N just like the ratio of production is higher frm a well-tended piece of land than frm one thats not properly tended,so is the case with words

Words make , they break, they gather they rake,  they scatter they fake. Word cause and heal wounds, they make hands feeble and also strong.

Words are like clay in the hands of the potter, a braid of hair in the hands of the salonist, a masterpiece can produce, or a disaster in waiting, words are windows to sections of the soul, areas that you wish to guide others to, areas you feel of but have never been. Like a compass in a clueless sea. Like a GPS in space. They make us find our path back home, or make us lost for eons,
they describe pain, our unnatural thirst, our demons and fairly tales. Words they...

I tell the story.
During the harvest, millet was in full bloom, the ears were heavy with harvest. The air was filled, with songs as birds were courting. Wa gacambu, took her clay ***, a gift from her hubby, she trotted to the river. Though she was heaving due to the weight of her belly, she was determined to prepare supper before her husband arrived. Just next to the mulberry tree, near the river, pain like lightening shot through her. Momentarily she froze, she slowly put down the *** and sat next to the tree. Her eyes held a distant gaze, her body trembling in pain, as her second son felt it was time.
Like a symphony, she laboured, like a band the pangs came, like a hurricane she felt, the desire of the one in her to come out. In less than ten minutes, the two were separated. Kaburi's quiver had added another arrow, a son, a defender. She was a strong woman, she collected herself. Picked up the *** and the bundle of joy and headed home. Ikingi was the name of her second son.

All giants once were, toddlers who depended, time made them emerge and Gods grace and favour nourished them. In the dusk they lay with a song of praise in their lips and in everlasting slumber night finds them.

Ikingi the patriarch, a great memory you leave. A warmth and a lesson, we bless the Almighty for thee
A day, my grandpa, my pal, my closest friend went to be with those of old, he now watches over us.

Miss you daddy
Am a man and men are made not just born. Your absence in my life, makes me err even in the slightest of moments. I long for your counsel in my interactions with them. I conquer and I lose , I find only to discover I have lost. I gather just to see every thing fly away scattered. Am a neately dressed man who is uncumpt .

The guidance of a dad none can do it except the dad.

Mental intercourse
Our greatest urge, our yearning and desire,
Our crave, our demon and angels.
Its the holy grill, an expectation, it seems near but its far fetched.

In all history, in all legends in all religion, eternity we seek. Our bodies are mortal and we long for eternity. Where can we live for eons?

Its the desire, the furnace of our essence to live forever. Where even after years, we are valid and acknowleded. Where we are not feared but revered, where  our presence evokes Eros and not dread.

That's why am here on this portal, that's why my grandpa tells me stories, that's why others **** themselves and others seek to impress.
That's why we have slay Queens and gigallos. That's why I always ask, "after am gone will I be remembered?"
We infuse and want to transmit our ideals, we want to have a mental exchange, pass our memories and what we want to be remembered. We want to sire longevity and immortality that's why we have a mental ******* with all.
We long for longevity, that's why fairy tales exist.

Eternity
Where will I go, or mostly fumbling where am I from. Am I a result of serious imagination, am I just an idea that has no form. Do I exist or live? Am I a monkey that just walked upright or a perfect creation of a supreme being? Am I an end or is there life after this? Was I there before or after this life am just going to remain a name a faint memory?

Axes and scapels
We are all, same able to stay together. We are equalised by our clothing, but all are different. Some are bulldozers will other meek shepherds.
The axe is a great equipment, can bring down the forest, but precision is not in its DNA, the scarpel is a small thing, can get lost in the grass. I can't dent a forest but a mans life it can save.
In our differences we are huge, in our varieties we can make life complete. We shouldn't compete but in our life we should complete the other.

The grim
As I lay on my bed I feared the blankets would suffocate me. I swallowed hard and the saliva almost choked me. My nostrils burnt as I laboured to breath, the chest like an IUD about to explored in heavey breath. I gasp, opened my mouth, as dry a  bones of chelbi. My hands fell beside me, my eyes pooped out of their socket, blood shot.
Dread fell on me like the morning dew, hard unexpected and thoroughly cold. My ears heard dins, silent sounds of death.
I knew it was back, having taken its last harvest, it roamed around as it looked through its list. A cold sweat broke out a silent grunt heard, a scuffle in a meadow, and a body drop as the grim, collect its latest prize.
Morning was greeted with mourning as a son of the soil, hit down and ate the dust.

Regrets
I sign and bite my lower lips, my head reels with images and unmet fantasies. I wrought my iron forged my swords, filled my quiver to brim in the anticipated encounter.

My lyrics
To the sweetest girl and the one whom I have chosen and love. You are my clouds, my hope of rain. You are my lightening my expectation of thunder. You are my seed a promise for a harvest. You are my road, an  assurance of my destination.
You are the framework on which I weave my future around. You are the lyrics that sweeten my song. A beautiful soul you are that makes a great companion. And I love you.
