She painted her lips thick red.
Tasted like wine with the scent of cigarettes.
Worn out stockings and red high heels.
A sassy top, not a cover-too revealing.
Long lashes and curled ebony hair.
If she eyes you she'll give a glare.

Sanya will dance tonight.
In the tables of men where money rests.
After hours she'll force a smile.
Heading home where her siblings lie.
She'll give them food she'll kiss their forehead.
And like she does everynight.
Sanya will sing them a lullaby.
I'm new here. Let's be friends.

The cold wind taking its leeway inside
My room in battle of darkness and light
I saw a woman, a goddess so bright
Naked she walked her way on my bedside
Miss sinister I drowned I can't decide
When such beauty danced with me in delight
A demon, a stranger, a dream she might
Such cogent action had woke my blind side

She is a paragon of perfection
Her eyes speak the truth of lust and evil
Her ******* were those that stole man's attention
Yet perhaps I made love with the devil
Blinded I am to unknown affection
True, her flower turned men into rebel
She's watching you.

SONG OF WOE

The crimson sky and the wind’s cold embrace

Was all that eased the pain of the sad soul

A smile to shield the sadness on her face

Uncertain if she’s ready of the fall

The crows pried as she trembled on the edge

“Fly, be free” A voice so calming whispered

Her blank eyes wondered and ventured the ledge

The grim fate awaits the soul who suffered

She knew she was an angel denied love

Lost herself so she called darkness, her friend

Sang of woe maybe they’ll hear her above

Asked for a sign, but no this was her end

And so now the light fades- the sun has set

She opens her arms, took step- no reset
death calls
awaits
you
