Zuzanna Dec 2020
I saw a girl,
looking up,
at the clouds above
thinking of the thunderstorms.

And yet,
when she looked down
there was no rain,
falling out,
there was only,
her sky blue eyes.
Zuzanna Dec 2020
At the most lonely of times,
I look up to the stars,
watch the moon glow,
and sing to the night-blooming flowers
that hide with me in my secret garden.
Zuzanna Dec 2020
My skin was like wet concrete
on which her touch was permanent.
Zuzanna Dec 2020
Like a feather I
fall down: slowly, softly, but
still towards the ground.
Zuzanna Dec 2020
Close your eyes
See the air
Touch the ground
Taste the rain
Smell the sun
There's a rainbow
Do you hear it
Is it there
Do you feel,
The earth's old rhythm
Do you feel,
The ancient glare
Zuzanna Dec 2020
I touch
your lips
and hips
and the dips
on your thighs,
when I look into your eyes,
I can almost hear the sighs
that you made,
so afraid,
when the blade
touched the skin,
like I touch your chin,
and make you burn within,
as I treat all imperfection,
with affection,
even though all you are to me sometimes
is just a reflection.
