When will we learn to cherish seconds
And crumbs of happy, quiet life?
The careless image, how it beckons!
But will it last or melt to strife?

Let's dream 'bout more, but value seconds!
Time changes quickly, raw & rife...
For only he, who wisely reckons,
Will find the joy in stormy life!
A draft. Written *on the run*

What keeps you standing proud and tall?
What wipes the tears off of your tender face?
What makes you smile despite it all?
What is it - hope, elation, grace?
What makes you rise again after a painful fall?
What pushes - step by step - ahead?
What still outlines evasive goals?
Is it the past, all that you've had?
What warms you up among the snows?
What makes your heart a trembling bird?
What is the fire - yes, it shows -
That lights your soul up from within?
The answer is in front of me,
I need to read betwen the lines.
Both complicated and so simple, see -
It's Love, so powerful it shines!

Falling in love is just like setting sail,
It takes real courage to board the ship.
The winds keep on blowing, they howl & wail,
The oceans are dark, mighty and deep.

Rough sailing has storms, dangerous streams...
So when you're ready to sail, stay bold!
Forget about tears, weakness or whims,
This ocean has already got too much salt

Being in love is like guiding the ship
Through storms and the lure of the depth,
Fighting the meddlesome jealousy grip,
Facing the elements’ wrath and the Death.

You’re sailing together, so just fight the cold
(Love’s dangerous waters will win by assault)
Keep doubts, bitten pride and ego on hold,
This ocean has already got too much salt!

Oh…Human’s heart is not like steel,
No matter what some people say.
We bend, we fall. Loss makes us kneel
And turns all colors into grey.

We know the grief that never passes
After we lose someone so dear…
Our hearts (like empty crystal glasses)
Are filled by life with pain and fear.

We’re looking for some quiet shelter
To hide and wait; may time decide
When all this noisy, senseless welter
Will lose its strength and will subside.

Enduring loss is probably the hardest art.
We learn to master it through pain.
But truth is written in our aching heart:
We’ll heal and rise to live and love again.

‘cause if there’s love, if memories remain,
Our guardians will all be nearby!
Realization’s growing, grain by grain -
The ones we love... They never, ever die.

You seek for music that is truly art,
For sounds to heal the wounded heart…
No song can help... and you are in despair!
Salvation’s close, the answer’s fair!
You seek for music that is truly art.
Admire sounds that flow straight to your heart!

Just listen to the sounds of nature in awakening,
The cracks of ice that’s finally breaking,
The howling wind, the beat of falling rain,
The singing bird – encaged, insane,
The cry of storms, wild nature’s rage…
The sounds surround us, mystical and sage.
First cry of newborns like welcoming hymns
How deep and touching baby’s crying seems!

In chords and rhythms like in a cobweb’s cover
We may describe someone’s intensive glower,
The flight of souls, the deepest inspiration,
The purest love and sweet temptation,
The depth of sorrow, oceans of despair
When those we love for us no longer care,
The traitor’s fear and darkness of the fall,
The bright achievement and the Hatred’s cold…
The shy first kiss, the smoldering passion …
The music shows each of impressions!

The flow of music coming from around
Breaks walls of enmity with every sound.
I like to listen to its every part...
Cause this is music, which is heard by heart!
It saves me daily from my grief and strife,
Cause this is music, music of my life!

Life was pushing & pulling,
Playing, cheering & crying.
It was skillfully fooling,
It kept tricking and lying...
But amidst all the darkness
We both managed to stand!
Of all the troubles regardless
You are holding my hand...

At the crossroads...
Two people standing still
Dragging life loads
Up the lonely hill...
At the crossroads...
Close and yet so far...
Doubts and sad thoughts
Chasing their hearts...
