Silent Cry
Alexandra Apr 2020
My heart is scattered,
While my mind runs rapid,
Why does this happen,
Just following the pattern,
Did this attempt even matter,
Climbed farther then ever,
To slide back down the ladder,
I sit silently shattered,
Recovery broken and battered,
Giving up on the battle,
Is never worth the hassle.

Lost Words
Alexandra Apr 2020
Can you see what I see
When you look in the mirror
Image of me
But I see the pain in her
We needed saving
From the same play we rehearsed
The taste of our words
Getting worse and worse
You see
This is the curse that I live
I grasp at lost words
But I know what I did

Committed to Try
Alexandra May 2020
Once upon at time,
I was angry inside.
Took some pills and kept it moving,
Leaving some demons behind.
I'd fake a smile and not reply.
Fake a laugh while dying to cry.
I hope that soon the sun will rise.
No one feels as sad as i, because I was the one creating demise.
Giving one more day a try,
I will wipe away the tear from my eyes,
and wake up tomorrow admitting my lies.
