Ghostly shadows on your mind
will make your brain go insane

angels cry as demons bluff
Your conscience ain't... satan's cuffs

Live
take your time
dumping demons ain't no crime

Love
just like the sun

high-above

fall on your knees
rise like a dove
Positive

my parents warned me
about drugs on the streets,
but never the ones with
brown eyes and heartbeats

I want to rip things apart
Tear pages from the spines of books
Unearth the white roots of plants
My urge to destroy is so deep
The only thing I destroy is me

We were in love
I thought we were
But suddenly "no"
Didn't mean anything
His hands were on me
He was in me
Too strong to stop.
Too ashamed, I stayed

I Didn't Mean To Be ******
I Didn't Mean To Be Hateful,
All The Drugs & What It Took
It's Left Me Here Unstable.
I Didn't Mean To Be Mean
I Didn't Mean To Be Ungrateful,
I Just Know I'm Half Mast
But That Doesn't Mean I'm Unable.

I Didn't Mean To Leave You (.)
But Left You I Did,
I Didn't Mean To Upset You (.)
So Upset So You Hid,
I Didn't Mean What I Meant
I Was Hard Like Cement,
I Didn't Mean To Vent My Spleen
Showed It All The Truths Is Seen.

I Don't Mean To Be Honest
'Cause Honesty Kills,
Ill Now I'm Stable I'm Taking My Pills,
Been Down In The Dumps From Jumping Of Hills,
I Wish To Be Healed & The Mantra Instills.

I've Set Myself Free From The Chains That Were Binding Me,
Written On Walls So The Words
Are Reminding Me,
Healing & Mending In My Mind I Am Finding Me,
The Truth Was So Ugly But Now Its Not Blinding Me.

The decision was final
But it wasn't mine.

An empty womb
An empty tomb

Not sure if it was their death
or mine?

Someday you’ll love you.
From the sparkle in your eye,
To the pitch of your laugh,
Even the color of your hair.

You will love every part,
From every wrinkle,
To every crinkle,
Every part of you.

But they will try to tear you down,
To make you frown,
To make you think you’re not worth it.

But darling you listen to me.

From the way you walk,
To the way you talk,
You will be mocked,
But don’t you listen.

From your weight,
To your height,
You are all wonderful to me.

Maybe one day you’ll see,
The beauty I see.
The way you were made,
So beautifully.

But until then,
Do not forget,
On how true beauty,
Comes from within.
I hope one day that you love you the way you deserve. You are worth it ❤

She Writes
You asked me why I like you
But I didn’t want to tell
Some of my reasons are cheesy...
But here is why I fell

I love the way your lips curve
When I make you smile
It makes me want to pull you close
And kiss you for awhile

I love the way your eyes twinkle
When you talk about things you love
I truely believe
You are a gift from above

I love that you are compassionate
You have such a big heart
That was the first thing I noticed
Right from the start

I love the way it feels
When you hold me tight
I finally feel safe
Like I could sleep through the night

I love that you don’t judge me
For my less than perfect self
That is more attractive
Than any amount of wealth

There are so many more reasons
But I’ll start with just this few
Maybe someday
I’ll give this poem to you

:)
