The light breezes moving the locks of my hair back and forth,
The clouds riding the sky as fluffy cotton *****,
The chaos of sounds of the birds and animals calming the mind,
The green herbs, shrubs, and trees giving fresh air to humankind,

The serenity in that scenery
makes my heart float merrily.

Sometimes just looking at natural beings gives immense pleasure. Nature has it all! ")

"I know reaching out for help is hard but it's the most important step to start the recovery process.
Things will work out,
give time to you and your healing process.
It's okay to not be able to help yourself, it's fine to say that you need help."

"Believe me, people will be affected if you aren't around anymore.
Just give yourself time before taking any major step.
Life's precious
And you've been granted one as the most intelligent species of the planet, so don't let it go."

"Don't forget this too shall pass
You'll be out of this miserable phase soon.
Be practical, you'll stay upset for a year, you'll waste a year but that's just 0.01% of your life.
Life's long,
Just hang in there, this phase will pass and you'll have many more years left to make your life worth it."

"If you still feel I haven't been of much help, it's alright, don't lose faith and try someone else but believe me you'll get out of this soon."

It's high time people start taking Mental health care seriously. Almost everybody knows how to do a CPR but ask them the symptoms for mental illnesses or what actions should be taken once they figure it out before it's too late - hardly people know about this.
Look out for one another, be there to help if some one needs it. Be open to ask if they need any help, if they wish to be consulted to a professional. Make them feel okay and make them feel they are needed.
Let's do it!

Do read: The Victim's Say, it's the first part of this.

"I really don't belong here."
"If I'm not there, I think people would be happier."
"I am just so disappointed in myself, I'm stressed, I feel lost."
"There isn't anything that I want to do, I can't even distract myself from these dark thoughts that hurt me every moment."
"If can't help myself, why will others help me?"
"I have no optimism and no will so how will I have a way?"
"I can't see people giving up on me especially after I've given up on myself."
"I am ****** up."
.
.

"I can't take it anymore."

Mental health is as important as physical health.
Mental health illnesses are so common today especially in the youth leading to one of the major causes of death - suicide.
I want everyone to know that it's really okay to feel this way, to feel helpless, there are people out there to help you get out of this miserable phase of your life. All the above thoughts are temporary and they will vanish away, soon. It's not the end, it's just a phase, a period and this too shall pass.
Have faith and just hang in there.

Do read: The Psychiatrist's Say, it's the second part of this.

Order and chaos go together,
Good and bad go together,
Right and wrong go together,
Without one there can't be the other
'cause there is chaos in order
and order in chaos.

The dynamic balance between the two is homeostasis, isn't it?

Balance is supposedly something stable but it could be dynamic too. ")

It takes a lot of strength, courage and effort to admit that I've made some big mistakes in life
And to still keep trying to make my life worth it is another tough job.

Nevertheless I think I should put in all those efforts
cause' someday when I am at peace, I'll be glad I didn't give up.

Anything, just don't do these things,

Don't obsess over Covid - 19 whenever you call,
That stuff is known by all,

Don't put your nose stuck in the phone,
Mute away the notification tone,

Don't keep scrolling down the social media page,
Beware for it's nothing but waste,

Don't keep panicking and hovering over the news,
Relax and take a look outside at the sky so blue,

Anything, just don't do these things!

Don't waste something as precious as time.
If we've got some free time, we should introspect and try to understand our values and vices, make an effort to improve and come out as a better version of ourselves when this Lockdown ends.

This is the second part of a series. If you haven't read the first one yet, I would like you to read that one too.

Anything, just do something,

Watch a movie or two,
Or read a book written for you,

Listen to a podcast to learn,
Or make a painting for fun,

Dance to your favorite playlist,
Or learn a language to add to your list,

Exercise - be it cardio or weights,
Or go into the yogic meditation state,

Learn an instrument - be it with spoons and plates,
Or play a game like carrom and chess,

Reorganize your room and your wardrobe too,
Or cook some food for the people around you,

And of course you could write a book
Or some poems here on HP too,

Anything, just do something!
