Atop a clam, divinest pearl!
invites me to peer, enchanting girl
eyes fluttering and beckoning
casts sweetest spell, magic, enchanting
a magnificent array of colour
ripples through her enveloping aura
towards her my rapt mind swims
in her sight my spirit chimes
throughout the days and hours

Mermaid makes the heart gestate
Makes my spirit feel elate
I want my heart to waltz with hers
Out of its spiritual bars
Upon the shores we'd frolic, play
Soothing, quelling fear, dismay
With her I am engorged on bliss
Touched by the light of luck's kiss
All throughout the day

O Mermaid Queen, they doubt thy truth
A kind of beauty rare, forsooth
But rainbows shine in spite of faith
Suns blaze in spite of eyes embrace
The world is good (and good is true)
And more good for the life of you
You are a beacon of hope and joy
Could inspire the rise and fall of troy
With heaven's light imbued
I used to write the saddest poems
About your ghost.
Now time passes away
Without much thought of you,
Of us.

I can inhale life without force
Because your absence is no longer
My uncomfortable past,
It is my comfortable present.
Never again to be disrupted
By our chaos.

I burned us to the ground,
And now I've found peace
And freedom
In our ashes.
It only took what felt like a million years.....

The dead never speaks
But not the corpses of the trees
I barely know your name,
I have seen your face,
A sorrowful divinity,

Delicate like the pain in your eyes,
Small, sweet, yet somehow broken,
The tranquil pain says so much.

Your hair drinks in the light,
And your hands hold a smooth
Grief that grows deep and kills,

Eventually you will see a poem
And wonder if you are like that,
If your beauty is calamitous,

If your rose petal smile
Cries with humble tears
When you look at distant stars,

Wether you see white doves
Of dark Ravens ,
Or even both in your sleepy heart,

You who hold the adoration
Of the blind man,
In love with shells,

You- beauty of the sorrows-
Have a sweet hole in your heart,
Love complete, body and soul,

I confess your picture is a spectre,
It exhausts my soul
And I open my arms,

Would you run to me?
Would you just half smile
And cry a tear for what will never be?

You have a divine thirst,
And your eyes carry a myriad
Of fluttering whispers,

Words that float to me,
The wrath of your being,
One day to find one another.....

The bitter heaviness of your name,
Angela....Angela...... Angela,
I whisper to broken air,

Your picture is a feast of beauty,
Yet I cannot hope for more
Than a haunted glare.

I sink myself into mortal grief,
The paralysis of you,
Angela....Angela....

You leap to life
When nothing is possible.

Wake
Whether by needle or ***,
through vain or throat,
nose or lungs,

by heart or soul,
through brain or toes,

you are me

We're gonna' make it
through this life
if it kills us

intoxicated or sober
chained or free

Doesn't matter

*because you are me
Everything is gone now, just a jack-in-the box that scares
money's already wasted, **** it I never cared,
as usual this life has leadened, sped up my sorry death -
a song written for the heartbreakers; sung upon my last breath

bloated and black, happiness not as it seemed
destroying the gift that for years I've dreamed,
she gave me her heart and I slashed it wide open
for its clear to see I cannot love, it's clear to see I am broken -

who needs love and it's pathetic excuses
a gnawing feeling both corrosive and abusive,
thy gargantuan question looms with a killer in it's eyes -
had I been in a relationship built upon lies?

Flowers of abnormality bloom upon ashes of mistrust
as my tortured soul frantically flounders in the dust -
down
down
down
the downward spiral again I am shoved,
forever asking if I can ever love, and in return be loved.

D
maybe one day
I'll see you again
holding their hand
while their making you laugh
and I'll be forced to remember
when back in the day
that person was me
who put that smile on your face
but those days are gone
the memories erased
you're my best muse
and an old pain
