After I sign this paper
Everything changes
From reading newspapers
To enlisting
3 years of change
Change that feels so strange
Leaving your family behind
Because of a paper that you signed
Thoughts flood my head
Of when Ill be deployed
Will there be tears shed?
If I shall come up dead?

Her heart broken
Keeps breaking when she sees her
Slowly she builds her walls
Walls to keep her from breaking down
Walls to keep people out
She locks her heart away
With chains In a box it will stay
She pushes her feelings down
Locks them away
A oath she says
Of never letting anyone in
Never getting close to anyone
All it does is cause her pain
Pain she cant go through again
This one sent her back
Back to the days of self hatred
The days of recalling being left
Days of feeling alone
She already lost one of the most important people in her life
And now another...
Part of her heart she will never get back
It was taken by the one thing that made her happy.....
Only thing that made her happy
Part of her heart will be forever hers
Never will she ask for it back
All she wants......
Is her back....

Pain of a broken heart
Something shes never thought she would see from this
Sadly her heart was torn apart
From the very thing she let in
The very thing she let her walls down for
So broken she is...
So broken she wants everything to go away and fade
How can she get the pain of her feelings to fade
How can she just let her go
The pain of letting her love go.
The love she had....
Now gone....
Her heart now shattered all over the floor
She stares at her heart in pieces
Cries over them
Cuts her hands at clutching at the broken pieces
All she sees is what she once gave someone
Someone who still has her....heart
But someone she doesn't have anymore....
Forever broken....

As she lies in bed
Cant help but feeling
A feeling she knows to well
A feeling she wants to escape
Why cant she escape this thought inside her head
Why cant she bury it
Why is this feeling coming back
This feeling of drifting
A feeling of losing someone she loves
Love something shes never had never felt before
Something she wants and misses
Not something.......someone
The one she let her walls down for
The one who's made her world brighter and not so dark
Someone giving her hope that she can be loved
Or so she thought
Thoughts flooding
Thoughts of she cant be loved
Thoughts of shes a **** up
That's shes done something wrong
Is she pushing her love away
The love she would give up everything for
The love she let her walls down for
To be weak in front of
Can she fix what is broken
Or will she forever be broken

Anger.....
Anger the very thing that eats at you
Eats at you so slow
So slowly you feel it knocking
Knocking to be let out
Hunger....
So hungry for blood
Internally growling
Growling so quietly
Quietly screaming
Screaming to be let out
Screaming **** this
The beast awakens
So awake it claws
Claws and destroys
Destroys its self.
Beauty its silencer
Silences the screaming
Beauty its healer
Healing the damage
Beauty the saviour
Saving the beast from its destruction
Saving it with a smile
With a touch
A touch so gentle yet stern
Grounding the beast
With a single touch
A voice so calming
Calming the raging storms
Beauty the one thing the beast will surrender  to
