In 1492 Columbus sailed the ocean blue
And as he went, he grew and grew
'Till he no longer could fit his shoe!
This was a dilemma, the voyager afraid,
As the great winds blew and the ocean water sprayed.
While this happened, he thought and thought,
To remind himself of the size he bought.
But now at last the truth he knew,
That this was a day he would forever rue.
For you see dear reader, this land anew,
Was filled with thorns, which stung as they grew.
Done a while ago for fun :P
