I tried to fill my basket with water,
But it was never full,
I tried to drink my soup with a fork,
But there was nothing to drink,
I tried to pet a snake,
But I was bitten in return,

The River That Never Flows,
Trapped in a world where my fishes can't grow,
My banks were once purty,
But now they've been made *****,
My waters are filthy,
Making my condition unhealthy,
I was once a place of joy and recreation,
But now I'm fighting to prevent inflation,
The river that once beautifully flowed,
Has hit an all time low.

Never look back,
And do not go back,
Or else you will be a Pillar of Salt,
Your life will be stagnant and halted,
Pray for divine healing,
Don't hold on to your feelings,
