Wanderer
There is kinetic energy
Shaping around you and me
Lengthening our edges of
Passion's high held ledges

Wanderer
From your hands spring forth dreams
You race them across my starry sky
Shedding light where shadow reigns
I can still smell you on my skin
Taste the storm on your wind
For wherever you go...
*I follow

Wanderer
The subtle slip of your honeyed grip
Fell softly from my anchor
I felt my heart go free, my body leave
The taste of loneliness left it's rancor
Now stars and seasons pass swiftly
Aging lines into easy game
Despair stunned, hot metal gunned
Memories ease the ache of this frame
On down this river I float cold, still
I wouldn't know the light
Tender limbed, my thoughts blend in
As youth flees it's desperate fight
We let our boards warp from lack of care
Mindless in our neglect
Yet hope still gleams between our beams
If forgiveness we choose to elect
A picture's worth
One thousand words,
Yet there's only  one word
In "Selfie?"
The "I" creates
One thousand shots,
So shooters
Do your worse.
Incessant rains lend a mystical landscape
Rejuvenating lives which lay dormant
Blessed with a new lease of life and vigor
Praying to the sky to shower us with grace
Free spirits are filled to the brim, with joy
Dancing to the music of happy souls
Running towards the end of the Earth
An unhindered view of the misty hills
Wondering, the lucky ones residing there
Who can touch the clouds and play hide-n-seek
I feel the rain washing away my last bit of pain
I am but a part of nature, sharing the happiness
Rains galore, fill each and every crevice of pain
With the new hope of life, from which we can gain
Mystical landscape, a breathtaking view
The rains have opened up a new way of life
Full of hope and brimming with joy, I welcome the rains

Poetic T
You are the angel, my angel of love
Blessing my soul,
With heavenly touch,
Wings to embrace,
To keep me from harm.
You're gentle loving kisses
To keep me always warm,
"All that I ask"
Is the company of your love,
We are of heaven and earth
Love forever as one.

Wanderer
Between our meeting and parting
You slipped away
Holding on was an option
Although the burden of your smile was too heavy to bare
I would have been a slave to that grin
Already bone weary, worn thin
I stepped aside to let another try
Their hand at wielding you
With time and space, I grew
Once more oblivious of your growth pattern
Our vines had tangled
Unbeknownst to us
Silky new blooms unfurl under hot sun love crush
We could be, with what's left of me
Close friends for eternity
Let us both pretend we can tame each other.
Let us both pretend we're not mountains,
but people who fit quietly inside houses
Let us both pretend that our water runs
slow and thick like blood, instead of
unchecked and tenebrous as oceans
Let us both pretend we take tea like humans
in the afternoons
we are not deer, and we are not running,
we are not hawks, and we've never felt
the squirm of rodents in our claws
we've never felt the lift of a sudden wind

Let us both pretend we can tame each other
with nothing more than our will
That we're not lightning, or tall trees,
or echoes in canyons
older than time
*We are storms and we are breaking
somewhere over to the West
This night is too long, without you I toss and turn in hope of slumber, finding only isolation and shattering need. I ache, my heart a pulsing bruise, my body weak from all the wanting, my mind lost somewhere between your echo and the closing of the door.

I am barely here, gossamer silence wrapped in satin bows and weeping scars.

I have become my own tragedy, a lost soul wondering through darkness, chasing the fireflies of my imagination but never grasping their glow. My age leaves me weary, too many years have passed unnoticed while your hands dealt passions blows in the name of fun and inappropriate pursuits, but to what end?
My loneliness is a heavy blanket that offers no comfort, our love is a lie without remorse and you, my love, are the noose from which I will hang.
