The tip of my pen is moved
by forces not my own.

The words that are unwritten,
never will be shown.

Marching across an empty page,
never knowing what to do.

All of me is forever lost,
Unless there is all of you.
Hope you liked this! Also, feel free to check out my newest cover of the song "All Of Me" by John Legend, on my youtube channel. This poem was based off that song, so I hope you enjoy! :)

A poet in love
Is a match soaked
In gasoline.

follow my writing!

it will kick you in the diaphragm.
I look at him
Illuminated  by the dim yellow glow
of warm lamplight

He smiles
reclined and comfortable
in the chair of my youth

His rough unshaven face
carries the lines
of a million good times

His warmth makes
the slightly tattered furniture
look better, more comfortable

He stays up late into the night
telling worn old jokes
still funny

He basks in the love of his family
come to see him
and is warmed

I am carried back
carried to my place
in that chair

Loved and protected
rough whiskers on my skin
always safe with him

Sitting in that chair
always with a laugh
always with a smile

Now the oxygen tube snakes
'round his neck
while he tells stories

But his laugh
is still deep
and loud

The hour is late
and I drink his fine whiskey
that he no longer can

I look deeply
into his sparkling eyes
and know that he will die

But not when he can laugh
and still feel
like a child
darkness folds over me like the sheets
on the bed spread
i lay alone--sleep in the bed you left.
with my thoughts to myself in my head
all the rights and wrongs we've did
regrets so familiar for us
memories flashing past my eyes
leave me stuck
and i continue to tell you
enough is never enough
more, needing more and more love
i press the issue
you out step of you
and on me too
scenery of a man i never knew
i pray the skies wont drown me in blue
but the darkness (the darkness)
is inclosing like a coffin
literally laying in my death bed
when you just up and decide
you're not gonna be there
this poem is so old , but here it is
Shy
You run your fingers up my thigh
I sigh at the delicate touch and
Inwardly shudder at my multiplying
feelings, I try to say stop but
the cry dies on my lips
this I want
My body belies my shyness
My body electrifies my senses
no shame is felt as those fingers explore
the stimuli they bring, crash into me
like waves upon the shore.
Higher and deeper, they amplify
the lullaby that in my head sings my
shyness away and magnifies my delight.
Detoxified, I soar like a dragonfly
mystified at the brazen me
lying spent in the moonlight.
