How long must we ****! from Mother's vein?
How long must we mine! our memories to pebble?
How long must we take! to build bridges?

        Oh Prestigious Elite! You Diamond People!
Did you see! the mushroom cloud?
Did you see the fall! out from your towers?
How did you sleep? among the rubble?
How did you breathe? in this metal ocean?

Reign on us your wealth
Of Knowledge!
Of Plutonium! and Pennies!
Of Protection! and Principle!
Of People! and Death!
and Death! and Death?
and Death? and Death?

Sleep Stalks Me, through the day
Hypnotizing Me, in its own way
Nodding Off, in seconds lost
Wasted Moments, lost time, the Cost

Achievements to work through
While I have such things to do.....
The Alarm Goes off, and I sleep through
Burdened by My mind persued.

By the chemicals within my brain
Leaving me feel totally drained
A good night Sleep, I do desire
With Medical Help, I will Aquire

If an ugly duckling turns into a swan
would the lesser species then be none?
forgetting aesthetics and swimming on
left to ponder on this pond

take a gander at a goose
what's good for you is what you choose

If an ugly duckling turns into a swan
would the lesser species then be gone?
who chooses how beauty lines are drawn?
we're all the same in this pond

I took your
Favorite food
Favorite artist
Favorite ev'rything

And buried it deep.

I took your
Haunting holdings
Haunting thrashings
Haunting ev'rything

And buried it deep.

I took your
Lasting laughter
Lasting impact
Lasting ev'rything

And buried it deep.

With such depth I dug
With hopes to never repeat
I'm reminded nightly
In dreams and restless sleep.

Like telling words I choke on
A secret, seething, breathes
I gathered all your mem'ries
And
I
buried
you
deep.

Light to dark must fade,
watch the shadows congregate.
Dark then to light must bend,
watch the morning start to mend.

Walkin' in the valley-o.
Got me a rose in my hand.
Walkin' in the valley-o.
Find me a woman I can stand.

High towards low will fall.
Movement is nothing at all.
Low then to high will climb,
with new vision in its eye.

Walkin' in the valley-o.
Got me a hammer in my hand.

Make me a livin' I can stand.

A walk with fire
to reheat and warm my heart.
A flight through wind
to blow away the sorrow from the start.
A swim in water
to help me breathe.
A walk on earth
to be guided safely

back to where I belong.

As I've learned
God replaces the things that aren't good for ourn lives
And replàces those thing's
With the good....
To his purpose, all things work good for him
As for all of us as well....
As tis human's want thing's on their time
On their schedule
On their wishes
And wantonness;
As tis even In the bad
God removeth thing's not healthy for us
And replaces the thing's unhealthy
With medicine that healeth us.....
As God's medicine
Never faileth me...
